It went all good at first they scheduled my appointment for Tuesday in yelm a week prior. Then all of a sudden I got a gut feeling to call the place to see if my appointment was still scheduled for Tuesday in yelm. Nope! All of a sudden I gotta schedule it for Tumwater. If you need to take the knowledge test go to yelm. But other than that there receptionists are lazy and don't do there job correct when it comes to scheduling appointments.

I took my driving knowledge test here and yesterday too my driving skills test. They were very accommodating to my work schedule, since they also do driving school for teens. I passed thankfully. I don’t have my own car and they let me use theirs. The instructor was really nice and non-intimidating.

I was nervous at first to start the class but my classmates made it so much better! And my instructor Marc made me feel a lot better about getting behind the wheel and while driving definitely recommend this place! Service was also good!

Casey is a great instructor. So informative and helpful for all students! His calm perspective truly helps ease those who are nervous driving for the first time. Definitely worth the money to come here!

This school is very helpful in preparing us for our test. All the instructor's are knowledgeable about driving and they have un believable patients with the students. When you're driving if you talk to help you stay calm the instructor holds conversation with you. I'm certain I will pass my test on the first try. Good price and only 4 weeks driving manual trucks. I had a great experience with both the knowledge and skills test. Regardless of the outcome, they will explain to you the points that you missed so you know what you need to work on to further improve your driving. Fortunately, I passed the skills test on my first try. The instructor explained everything very well and was polite. Although I wasn’t able to get a private lesson before my skills test (due to current restrictions), I would highly recommend this location for anyone who’s looking for a place to learn and test.

I visited the Sonic Driving School to take a knowledge test. They have certain days of the week where you can do a walk-in in the morning and when I arrived, they were happy to seat me for the test. They take Covid precautions and provide with sanitary testing conditions and materials. The staff is courteous and will ensure you take the exam in a quiet and comfortable setting. Highly recommended.

I went here to take a driving class & it was a good experience ever, I heard about this school from my siblings and I just started messaging her to apply for a driving class 👍🏻. The teacher is really nice and helpful 👍🏻 She would make you feel comfortable when she teaches you drive& the way she talks is really calm doesn’t make you feel nervous when you learn. I did have a lot of fun when she comes teach me how to drive . Once again this is the best driving school I ever went through 👍🏻

Wow! I am so pleased and impressed by this schools they are so easy going, laid back and chill. I drove all the way from Magnolia Seattle to come here because of the great reviews I’ve seen, and everything matched up to the experience. I would recommend this place to anyone - it was absolutely amazing!!!

My instructor was friendly and super duper supportive! He’s always been encouraging right from the start, and that really increased my confidence as an inexperienced driver on the road. Got my license after 6 days (1 hour each day) of practicing. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend IDA and Joyce for anyone who is looking for driving lessons/tests. I took the knowledge test, driving lessons and driving test at IDA, and my experience was absolutely wonderful. Joyce is very patient, approachable and knowledgeable. For a first time driver like myself, she made me feel comfortable on the road and gave me lots of pointers on driving skills and road rules that are not merely for passing the test, but would also benefit me long term to drive safely. Great driving school and amazing instructor overall!

A little bit of misunderstanding of information on their website about courses needed, to get endorsement, but it was a very good course in basic knowledge of motorcycles and riding. Which taking the basic or basic + course you can, if you pass the testing, get your permit. You will need to take another advanced course to get your endorsement license, if you want or need the school's motorcycles. If you can get your own for testing for endorsement, you will need to pay extra for the endorsement written test and for the skills test. Or to use their motorcycles you will need to take the advanced course ($) or better book a private lesson min. 2 hrs for $ and that includes costs for testing and using motorcycle. Over all very good services and training, good instructions and instructors. The basic course allows you to learn what is expected in WA and can help you remember what you forgot or just never thought was important. I had my driving road test last Tuesday and I PASSED. A big thank you to Jeremy, my instructor. He was amazing.He was really helpful and kind during the warm up session I had before the test and during the test as well. We went through all the test requirements and he taught me every single thing that I need to make sure before the driving test. That made my test much easier and made me comfortable during the test. It was a great experience with the driving school Everett and I definitely recommend this driving school to anyone. Jeremy, you are awesome!
