The team at Best Choice Plumbing is the best around. Honest service and follow up with the experience that will get the job done the right way the first time. I have used them for many services and they are the only ones I trust. New construction or a water heater replacement, they can help!

Full Speed Plumbing & Drains reacted quickly to my water leak situation. The water was coming from an unknown source and since water had been leaking through the ceiling, the main water shutoff had to be used, which means no water could be used in the house. I was initially told they might be able to come out the same day and at the latest would be the next morning. I got a call only an hour later saying someone was close by and on their way to the house, which was fast in my opinion. The technician was professional and did a good job of explaining what they initially saw and the plan of what was going to be done before starting. They reimburse the small fee for showing up if you have them do the work the same day. I was updated with where the leak was discovered in the ceiling and the best available solutions to choose from, which is much better than just one and it helped build my confidence in really understanding what's going on since I wasn't at the house to see it first hand. After the decision was made on what to do, the technician quickly fixed the problem and had the water turned on, checked for any remaining leaks, and cleaned up the area. All that remained to be done after the technician left was fixing the drywall that needed to be removed to find the leak. The prices were reasonable enough (not the highest and not the lowest) and bid as a project and not an hourly job, which is normal for things of this nature. There was an initial invoice for removing sheetrock and to find the leak. Then since I was having them make the repairs, a final invoice was created for initial investigation and remove and replace of leaking section of pipe. I would recommend them to others due to them being organized, up-front about what's going to happen, professional service, and getting things done quickly! I'm glad to have found a company I feel confident using again.

Used by apt management company. Kills plants, poor trimming skills, used a weedeater to "cut grass" left dirt only behind, will walk on patio with leaf blower and make a mess. I am uncertain what thier instructions were so this may be partially the apts fault. Staff is nice and don't peek thru window. I certainly wouldn't pay for the service if I had any option. It's not a cut and dry situation so use at your own risk.

We have used Bob Larson Plumbing for years and for good reason, excellent customer service with highly skilled plumbers. We just had our kitchen sink and faucet replaced; and plumbing upgraded. Great Customer Service from the initial phone call. They were quick in getting Someone to come out within the same week. Very professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. Always on time and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Keenon was our main service provider. He arrived as scheduled each day, he is definitely a Jack of all trades when it comes to the concrete demolition, plumbing/pipe repair, he never left us without running water especially at the end of the day before he left each day. Not one complaint at all.

This was the first business I called that was able to come out and service the next day. Steve was very professional and diagnosed and repaired a water leak, as well as diagnosing and repairing a failed water pressure valve. Very happy with the service and reasonable cost for the work accomplished. Highly recommend.

5 stars! No doubt about it. Joel and the work crew were nothing short of excellent. As many other reviews reflect, they did the work specified in the estimate, at the estimated cost, and on time. Luceo and the work crew stayed late into the evening to ensure the job got done. Not only was the solution well done, but they also restored the landscaping back to its original condition. I could not be happier with the work they did. I have total confidence in the drain solution from Rain Pros. I highly recommend Rain Pros for any issues with your home. These guys know what they are doing and - bonus - they are genuinely nice and great to work with.

I had a plumbing issue with my outside faucet and didn’t really know who to go to. I came across an ad in the Val pack for Harts and called them. From beginning to end they were amazing. I love the technology they used to communicate with. I love that they were able to schedule an appointment within just a few days. When Wil, the technician showed up he was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through every step of possible issues and what the fix would be. I wish all service people were just like him. Of note was his honesty. If I had contracted with a company of less integrity this could’ve cost me a lot of money. As it turned out, the connection for the outside water faucet had been shut off when I had some work done in my kitchen about a month ago. Thank goodness he quickly figured it out. I also signed up for the home care plan which is amazingly reasonable and has now given me a peace of mind in the event something else happens I have a great company to work with. I strongly recommend this company.

Roto-Rooter was quick to respond and send a professional out even though it was New Years Eve. Chris was able to identify our problem and fix it all in the span of an hour. I am very pleased with his expertise and professionalism and will contact Roto-Rooter the next time we need plumbing services.

Micks is really professional. I highly recommend him for any plumbing or any service he provides. My water heater went out on me I couldn't shower or my family. We couldn't wait, it was a emergency. Mick came out the same night and replaced my water heater the quality and his knowledge is really professional and great. Hes really friendly and will answer any questions you got. Other companies I had called they will over charge me for the same night to come out to replace my water heater or say they are busy, but mick gave me a reasonable price so overall I'm happy about my service.

To sum it up …. worthless. Eric comes off as an awe schucks guy upon first meeting him and when you have questions about the job (asked politely I might add) be prepared for Eric to not only disregard your questions but immediately come at you like a bull in a china shop, aggressively demanding payment before the job has been completed.

Hector and his team did an amazing job in my backyard, transforming it from a blank rectangle of grass, to my dream oasis. From the start, Hector, the owner, was highly responsive and transparent through the entire process. From quote to build through completion, Hector was truly only a phone call away and was always able to swing by to walk or talk through things in person. His knowledge and creativity really upped my backyard. His crew was hardworking, diligent, professional, and delivered quality craftsmanship. Hiring a contractor for such a big project is always challenging, and Hector put me at ease with his style, skill and experience. I’m thrilled with the outcome and would use Green Day Landscaping again, in a heartbeat.

TJ from Bob Oates Sewer & Rooter dropped by our home right on time to help me diagnose and estimate cost for servicing a clogged external storm drain (city wouldn't touch) and two internal house drains that were slow-draining. TJ was super friendly and professional; what's more, he was able to show me a few quick tricks to improve the flow and left without needing to charge me for an expensive snaking job at this time. If our drains get to the point of needing a professional cleaning, I'll be calling up Bob Oates to come service them!
