Nathan was amazing! Our garage unexpectedly broke on a Sunday morning locking our cars in the garage And leaving our family stranded inside the house. Nathan showed up within the hour, diagnosed the problem, got our cars out of the garage, was honest about the price and repair timeline, and had our garage working better than ever the very next day! I provided a discount and went over and beyond to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. I highly recommend him.

Eddie and his team are the nicest technicians I've ever had done work in my home. They were very communicative, understanding, and patient over the multitude of questions I had regarding my garage door repair. I loved how professional and friendly they were as well, especially to me and my husband, as we are both seniors. They diagnosed the issues quickly right as they arrived, and according to them, the electrical cords within the mechanism were damaged, which they had fixed in less than an hour or so. One of the reasons we chose Grand Openings is due to their having multiple high quality vendors. We chose mostly Marvin windows but went with Western Windows sliders & a stunning Kolbe front door w/privacy glass & matching side windows. The quality of what we've received & service have been superb & have maximized our home's re-design.

At one point Tracy, part of the support team, said if the truck couldn’t get to me that week, she would drive them out herself Monday...but the doors were right on time despite the winter storm.
