Kay Jewelers has been a great place for me to find a ring. Heather who has helped me every time from picking the ring, showing my options and giving great information (walking thru all of the different aspects of jewelry from cut/clarity/color etc), to assisting with re-sizing has been an all-star! I would recommend anytime if you need any help or are looking for a good piece of jewelry.

My husband bought my wedding ring and warranty here over 5 years ago, and they always take good care of it and are so nice to me when I go in for my cleanings! 😊 Bruni helped me this last time and she was wonderful! Was looking to rebuild my credit so a friend of mine recommended for me to go to Prestigio. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I looked up the location off of Franklin blvd. When I entered the store it was beautiful! They had a huge selection of jewelry. I ended up buying a Gold Chain since they were having a blowout sale at the time and their prices were great! (even with me financing). My wife wants a new Diamond ring so I will be returning for her once I pay off my chain. Karla and Troy you were very helpful. You will be my jewelry store from now on!

The salesman was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I brought my broken chain in and he helped me replace it with ease. I also had a family ring with years of damage, so he talked me through the process of sending it in to have it repaired. I felt comfortable and well taken care of.

Ordered and paid for a necklace for my wife for mother’s day. Was “guaranteed” delivery by mother’s day. One week after Mother’s Day, still nothing has been delivered. Called to see what the hell and was told it wouldn’t be delivered til the st. Don’t trust these people.

This was my first time at Kay jewelers and me and my fiance went and I got her an anklet that she loved as well! Natalia the staff was a very professional and a very kind lady who helped us find what we were looking for. I would give her a rating of + if I could! People like her are hard to find. Anyway, we bought what we wanted and all 3 of us were very happy! I would come back to this store because the staff( who helped us out) was very friendly! Highly recommend!

Mark was easy to work with as I shopped for a new diamond for my updated wedding ring. He was transparent and helpful, easy to contact, and answered my myriad of questions as I went through the process. He also respected the budget I had to work with and helped me pick a gorgeous stone that gave me the most value for my money. I highly recommend him and can say wholeheartedly that if we have gem and jewelry needs in the future, he will be the one we visit.

If I could give them stars I would, 5 stars alone does not justify the amazing experience and care we received here. My boyfriend and I had gone to Shane Co. before going to Jared and boy was that a mistake. At Shane co. we were passed on from one associate to the next and then the second associate disappeared for mins without telling us even though we stated we wanted to purchase a diamond engagement ring and possibly both of our wedding bands. It was not busy at all and there were associates going in and out of their office/vault area in the center of the store. We left furious that we were profiled either by our looks or attire or possibly race. When we entered Jared a few minutes later, after the horrible experience at Shane Co., we were greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles. We had been there before and assisted by Brett , the Assistant Manager, who was thankfully there that day as well. He was friendly, kind, attentive, honest and really listened to our needs. We didn’t feel pressured nor ignored and he was patient with me as I kept rethinking the cut of the stone. He found us a beautiful diamond that checked all our boxes and more! Thanks to Brett and the team at this Jared location we found exactly what we were looking for and left with an amazing experience my boyfriend and I will remember forever. Thank you Brett! We will be returning for all of our future jewelry/watch purchases!

I needed to get my ring resized and I found tat Santillan had great reviews so I decided to go with them. When I went there, I was greeted warmly by Marty. I had messaged him previously before coming here so I knew what to expect in terms of pricing and how long it will take before I get my ring back. He verified to make sure that the size I needed will fit me just right. While in the store, my husband also searched for a ring. They had a wide variety of men's rings with all sorts of styles. My husband found a titanium ring that suited his style and budget. He was pretty happy with it. I came back for my new resized ring and it fit perfectly. Overall, the transaction and the customer service are pretty great. I highly recommend Santillan Jewelers for your jewelry needs.
