"I’ve come here since I was a child. The owner used to give us lollipops while we waited for our parents to finish shopping. Their salads are delicious! Always craving them! Their meat section and cheese selections are delicious. So many options! They also have the best pastries (sweet and savory). Please do understand that this is a cultural food store. So if you come in please be respectful and understand that not everything is something that you’ve seen or tasted before and the staff is more than happy to explain or give you samples! Come with an open mind and get sole things to try! You definitely won’t regret it!!"

"Friendly and accommodating staff. Ordered online but chose the wrong time for pick up. Went there to see if I can pick it up earlier and they said no problem and proceeded to prepare my order. Oh and the subs aren't bad either My favorite is the Tuna and Club Supreme."

"Location is a bit secluded, but this place is definitely a goldmine. The inventory is so large, you'll definitely be able to find WHATEVER you're looking for and more here. I personally came in for wine coolerd and left with two bottles of wine that I tried from a sampler (Espanola)."

"Royals farms are just a dime a dozen convenience store. Cut and paste all over the place. Ive been in dozens! That being said i have never left a review on any until today. KIARA WAS AWESOME. LIFE SAVER AND FOOD MAKER! This particular royal farms is by my home so im here often. This was my first time meeting her, and it was actually an enjoyable visit vs the same feeling most royal farms give, and she made my food with care and it was noticeable. "Tried to get some chicken wings around 12am as everything else was closed. I had just got home from the airport/late flight. Anyway, its 3 people working, one by the food/chicken station and 2 by the cash register. They tell me they not making any chicken wings and I need to eat a drumstick or thigh, which were old sitting out for God knows how long. Ridiculous. Why have someone working the food station if they refuse to cook."

"1st time getting food from the deli. We were googling reviews at work, looking for a decent Italian hoagie, and saw this place listed. I was a little hesitant, as they were further away than I wanted to drive, and also had some bad reviews. However, after reading through the negative ones they were all about rude service and hours open, etc. I decided to take a chance, and I'm glad I did. Nice LARGE subs, loaded with lots of quality meats, cheeses and fresh veggies. The rolls were soft, yet strong enough to not fall apart immediately (they have to be a little messy or it's just not a real Italian sub). The paper they were wrapped in was thick and coated, which came in handy when they dripped. They had sweet peppers, which for me absolutely take the sub to the next level (for some crazy reason sweets are hard to find around here and half of the sub shops think banana peppers are sweet peppers. They are not! Sorry, personal rant). OK, back to the hoagie ... Oil & vinegar and mayo that you can actually taste. Even fresh thick tomato slices that didn't have cores or taste like cold mush. Lastly, the perfect amount of shredded lettuce. Many places tend to fill their subs with lettuce just to make them look bigger. If I'm being picky I would have exchanged maybe one slice of ham for a slice of salami, to give it a bit more Italian zip .. but that's being really picky. Anyway, not the best hoagie I've ever had, but the best I've had in a couple of years... and certainly the best I've found in the greater Clarksville area so far. Kudos to C & B Italian Deli. I look forward to getting more lunches and trying new items at your place. Also, on the bad service I read about in the reviews, I didn't see it. The young man that served me was extra polite, asked me if I needed more napkins, and sincerely thanked me (with eye contact) for the carryout tip I gave him. Nicely done."

"Convenient place for a quick fill up gas or coffee, soda, chicken on the way to carroll county or PA. They got this automated coffee brewing system/machine that delivers hot fresh coffee any time and cup size you need- very convenient indeed. Chicken availability can sometimes be a hit or miss, other than that this location is ok."

"This place is amazing! I thought Google was talking me to an incorrect address but it was the right one and I'm so glad it was! The whole place is gluten free and allergy free. All the bakery items are dairy free. I had a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and a few items from the bakery. So far everything is amazing. I am going to bring my family here when they come out for a visit. And go back whenever I'm up there. Thank you so much!!"

"Everybody knows by now that I love good food. What few people know is that I grew up on Jewish soul food. My mom was a cook at a Jewish catering company where she bought home some of the most delicious fare. So, here’s the skinny. If you want some real good deli and some wonderful motzah ball soup and great pastries (they sell cake by the SLAB), you want the Essen Room. Lots of folks chatting and eating. Great pickle bar too!"
