The owner of this company is a consummate professional! I have known Pat for the past two years. I initially went with someone else to build a new patio deck for my house. That did not go well and I had to fire the worker. My wife found Top Deck and Pat came out to give me an estimate. After completing the patio deck, we went back to him to build a covered enclosure. We found a picture online and told him we wanted it to look like that. On his own, he came up with the plans and design and turned our dream into a reality. It's absolutely stunning! The quality and craftmanship is bar none! I HIGHLY recommend Pat and his team for your patio deck needs. You will NOT be disappointed!

Drake and his crew did a great job to repair our deck and pergola. They were professional and pricing for the job was reasonable compared to other companies. He was very detailed when he went over everything before and after repairs. I highly recommend him.

Customer service is always great! Thanks to Dana’, Oscar, Chris and especially the cart guy. Darn I can’t think of his name-but he always sets the tone before you enter the store! Oh forgot to mention the older lady that works at the counter to the left of the main entrance door-sorry ma’am I forgot your name as well but you do know me as Mr. Trouble. LOL! The store is always clean and the military discount is always a plus. Know that when Pro Services beats the military discount then I’ll join! Just Saying Chris! Best Lowe’s in the Area and maybe the best in the entire district!

Called, was out the next day for a consultation, started on time, finished on time. Did a fantastic job. I love it. I would definitely hire again. Thanks Rick and Aaron and others who helped. You did a great job and I'm very happy 😊!

The Everlast Salesman arrived on time and gave a clear explanation of what needed to be done. He asked detailed questions to determine the best roof for my home. The crew came out and installed the roof quickly without incident. The completed roof looks exactly like I had hoped. The price was fair and the job quality was high. I will recommend Everlast Home Improvements to others.

I want to commend Bak Brothers for a great job done and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone on the lookout for quality, responsible and honest contractors. My house needed new siding and I surveyed several vendors; I was very impressed with Artur's way of guiding me through the steps and ensuring that I had full comprehension of this enhancement. His general manager/contractor, Norbert, kept in touch with me when it came to scheduling the work. Each crew that showed up was respectful towards me and my family and cleaned up after themselves each day. While it was a very large investment, Bak Brothers' professionalism has given me the confidence in my choice to hire them. During the course of work, Norbert alerted me to a (small) issue regarding some missing insulation and waited for my authorization before doing any additional work. Furthermore, his crew generously helped me with a very minor (but annoying) door issue I had. It didn't take very long, but it was very kind of them to jump in and help. I highly recommend you talk with Bak Brothers when in need of contracting work. They are friendly, do an outstanding job, and continuously follow up to ensure satisfaction. If there is one nitpicky item I would bring up it would be the slight delay in email response. It wasn't a major issue - I knew we were on the schedule since there was a down payment but we just needed to know when the work would begin. Once we got that squared away, it was smooth sailing.
