The quality is great.

This company is great. They print my business cards and my invoices and are easy to deal with. I needed some signage recently and thought they might know where to get it. Turns out they had a simple cost effective solution. It is a metallic sign with some vinyl overlay of some sort. I do not fully understand the process but it only cost a few hundred dollars for the metal and the overlay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, highly recommend this store.

These guys are great, especially Jim which was very helpful. I had them print my business cards. The business cards were of excellent better than expected quality and the transaction was very simple. I brought them a PDF file even though I could have supplied any number of file types and hours later they were ready for pickup. The people were helpful and friendly. While the prices were good, it was much better than some other really cheap printer centers.

Come in to make a couple of copies. The guy was said to come back tomorrow for a few copies. He pretends to be busy meanwhile standing there doing NOTHING and chatting. Literally very disappointed with the attitude and services.

So I received my order and the custom box unfortunately came bent. I emailed Fantastapack and let them know of what happened during transit. Literally, less than minutes later, Chris responds and not only solved this with a replacement but also will have it sent overnight! I did not even expect that and the fact that he went above and beyond is amazing customer service. This is my first time using them and I appreciate so much how they treat their customers with consideration.
