This is the 4th time I've rented tools here. Every time we've had excellent service and it's very easy to get the tools and return them.

This place is better than Lowes in one important aspect - there's an area wher I can touch and find all possible power equipments I could rent, including the watt Honda generator for camping! Rent cost of the generator is close to $ a day which is good deal for short time use in an annual getaway!

It is nice to have a place, where one can rent home remodeling equipments for a reasonable price. They have a range of equipments, and often multiple equipment of the same type. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to help in picking the right type of equipments for the job. They also have a rental pick up truck, to haul bigger equipments, if needed.

Did an Internet pick up order of items. Rented their truck, required multiple trips to get all to the site. Dan, Tara, Liz, Jimenea, were out standing. The Tool Guys most helpful with the truck. Eric, Patrick and the other fork truck guys that loaded the bags of gravel, concrete, trim brick...you saved my back! I was very impressed with the level of customer service. Thank you....now on to project 2.

Tried calling to inquire about tool rental, called three times disconnected twice never talked to a person just give shuffled through the automated system on hold for nearly mins between 3 attempts.

Kole @ Von Tour is awesome! I was replacing my A/C rooftop system. Sometimes I forget I'm sixty four and act like I'm . Kole was great at helping me when he saw I was struggling with rigging. He's just a downright nice kid and extremely helpful. I would recommend him ti0 anyone, anytime!

Do not go here for garage doors/installers: never returned calls.
