Had an amazing experience with Jessica waxing my eyebrows! She walked me through everything she was going to do & made sure I was happy with my results.I’m super happy with the way my brows turned out. She is such an amazing person as well which made the experience even better. Definitely will be going back to her & recommend going to her.

Merle has the best skin products ever! I have dry sensitive skin and their Gentle Solutions product line is amazing! Their makeup is great quality too, especially the lip pencil plus!

I absolutely love this location, very convenient and reliable to always have the products I need in stock. Staff is super friendly in helpful. I have been helped by Shekeyna in the past and yesterday by Amanda M. I cant wait for my next trip and to earn more rewards!!!

Tonya in the pharmacy is the best!! She has been super helpful on multiple occasions. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to get my medication for the lowest price possible, and she explains everything I might need to know about prescriptions. Super friendly and seems to just genuinely care about her customers!

I have a prescription that is often difficult to deal with. I am in this area for work this week when I got my prescription. Ash and the pharmacy was super helpful and patient in dealing with this. Miles above the attention I receive at my local pharmacy in Graham. Thanks Ash.

Pharmacy customer of CVS for a long time. Started using this location recently. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring! They may be busy sometimes so there is a wait but they also probably fill prescriptions a day. It's a process. Show them patience. They're doing all they can!

Scheduled a rapid Covid test on Friday, it’s now Sunday an HOUR after my scheduled appointment with no call after waiting in the car wasting gas. I called the store and they apparently don’t have me on the list, I was texted three times confirming my appointment. Lauren, was very courteous and assisting in fitting me in. There’s computer issues, so call the actual store to confirm the appointment yourself.

Absolutely insane how rude the pharmacy staff is. I just called to get some information on two prescriptions. The girl who answered the phone was impatient and constantly interrupted me. You wait on hold forever in order to talk to someone. When you finally get someone to answer, they don’t want to help you. They give you word answers. CVS, try hiring respectful employees rather than the impatient, lazy people you have as staff now. As someone who works in healthcare, you’re supposed to be helpful and informative to your patients. This location seriously just needs to be shut down. I get notifications that my prescription is ready for pick up. I load my kids in the car and drive up there and 9/ times, it’s NOT filled and they make me wait minutes.

I love to get accessories for home manicures and pedicures here. They also have a great selection of clip on extensions. They also have a big selection of hair dyes and managability products.

The perfect perfect Girls Night. When I tell you we had so much fun celebrating our Friend’s birthday!!! I have been waiting to get here for a while and I’m glad that we did. Diamond is amazing and so much fun. To be a young, black woman that had such an amazing concept that works for what all women love…laughter, wine and makeup oh and good conversation. Diamond nailed this on the head!!!

If i could give the pharmacy 0 stars, i would. the most inconsiderate staff. i pulled up for my covid and flu rapid test, had a confirmation number (which they did not even ask for after i told them three times), and they said they wouldn’t test me because i didn’t fill out the insurance portion on the questionnaire when booking the appointment. tell me this, how did i not fill it out but got a confirmation email for the location, date and time of my appointment? make it make sense. completely unapologetic and insensitive to other people’s times and health. this is why CVS is superior

I had to transfer to this CVS after I moved and it's been terrible. I go to pick up my scripts this week and I was waiting in the drive thru for about mins. Long enough for cars behind me to start pulling off. When the pharmacist finally acknowledged me, she acted as if I was wrong for using their drive thru. "You know, you could've just come inside where there's no wait" as if I'm supposed to automatically know that the drive thru is regularly ignored. Additionally, she failed to even give me crucial info on my medication that needed prior auth. Now I'm calling them and I've been on hold for mins already, not knowing why they won't answer. I've been without my Prozac for over a week now because of this pharmacist/pharmacy.

What the Pharmacy does to it's customers on the phone should be looked into by their corporate office. I'm sure this is not considered good business practice, but any means! They've had me on hold for a good minutes... every time the call defaults back to them, they place me back on hold without even saying anything.
