Here is a review from an user.
I've had two soak offs and a full set done here with Lauren, she does amazing work! She's very professional, gentle in her process and was very patient (as I unfortunately got an MMA set from a previous tech, which took a lot of time to properly and gently remove). I've never been able to keep my natural nails long after having an acrylic set removed due to my nails being too thin but somehow this was not the case with Lauren, which is amazing. All in all I've loved my appointments and plan on continuing to have her as my nail tech as long as I live here. Update: I got a second set for my Ring Day from Lauren, still love her work. I highly recommend.
Friendly staff and always neat displays. Love the sales and staff are knowledgeable about extra perks not advertised in store so don't be afraid to ask :-)
The sales associate who assisted me was professional, informative, and helpful. He helped me to pick out the perfect fragrance. I came in as a clean slate, not knowing where to start or what I wanted. He helped guide me, taught me certain terms, and sold me my fragrance at a very fair price. I'll definitely shop here again.
Got my eyebrows done by Emma and I LOVE them! She made me feel so comfortable in the process & made sure every detail was perfect! I love that she checked in with me often during the mapping to make sure I was happy with the shape. I will be going back regularly!!
It is a great store. But I have a couple of concerns. 1. Prices are high. I was also disappointed website indicated the store had nioxin vitamins but when I get to store l was told they were out. 2. Website needs to have up to date inventory because it is very disappointing to think you are going to make a purchase then you can't because of misinformation about inventory.
I went in for one item and proceeded to go to check out when asked for my phone number I told the cashier I didn’t have one and she said “you don’t have a phone” I told her I didn’t have a phone number in the system and she said “your not in a good mood are you” I did not respond and was super annoyed with both of her remarks. I have never left a review before but this was just super annoying.
I had the most wonderful experience in the women's section. A very nice lady with a scarf helped me and it felt like days gone by when service was a priority. She was courteous and helpful finding exactly what I wanted. I will be back for this old fashioned great service!
I had made an appointment for a flu vaccine here. When I got there they did not believe that I had an appointment nor did they have my insurance in the system despite me putting in my insurance online. Then they said that I they did not take my insurance. This isn't true as its listed on the CVS website that they do, and I get my perscriptions from CVS. The phamarcy workers seem to be doing everything they can to avoid work.
These five stars are for Evan, the pharmacy tech. His bedside manner made our experience getting the CV- booster as pleasant as it could’ve been.
My prescription was called in at a.m. by the VA as an emergency prescription. Nearly three hours later, they knew nothing about it. The VA called them about it they said it would be ready by 1:. The pharmacist refused to fill it until after went to lunch. Almost an hour and a half later and I'm sitting in their wait area and was informed they hadn't got around to find lying the prescription. A five hour wait for a day supply of pills is insane.
Preventative medicine (vaccines) only works when there is high take up, and people get vaccines when they’re easy and available. Requiring an appointment when you’re near-empty puts people off, and policies like this are partially responsible for the length of the pandemic and the reemergence of long gone diseases like polio. Change your policy, or be more flexible around it. Do not recommend. CVS and Sam’s do walk ins without issue.
Two very rude and combative women pharmacy “techs” in the pharmacy on October 4, at : a.m., one Hispanic and one black. I understand you are short staffed but that does not give you the right to treat others poorly that are asking simple questions, especially those that are helping pay your bills. Be more professional and compassionate. We are not going to a pharmacy for fun. You never know what someone may be going through. I sure hope management improves and they stop employees from treating customers like they are drunk and rowdy and in line at a Whataburger after midnight on the weekend. Make better decisions and be kind, or at least fake if you were raised by those without such qualities.
This Sephora is awful. There are hardly any products in here and the worker in there was not knowledgeable at all and extremely rude. Will not be coming back any time soon. Horrible customer service.
I initially made an appointment in advance, which was cancelled unexpectedly same day without an explanation. I’m assuming due to time since I was able to reschedule for minutes earlier. At check in, we are told her insurance would not cover the 2 vaccines her school requested last minute. When I asked why a courtesy call was not made, they stated they called number ending in , which I told them was our deceased mother’s phone number that I took off at the last appointment for the Covid vaccine. I showed them the automated appointment update texts I’d received so clearly my number was attached to her account. They then told me the “discount” price of ONE of the vaccines (meningitis?) was $!!!! I work in an express/urgent care, and I don’t think we have a single one that costs even close to that for self pay patients… Very disorganized and expensive, and a total waste of our time.
Kim did the makeup for myself and my bridal party this April. Everything was perfect. We all felt catered to for each different makeup need desired. Highly recommend Kim for her skills and professionalism!
My year old eyebrows were thin and sparse. Rachel microbladed them. They are perfect now. Rachel is a perfectionist . My eyebrows are dark (not overly dark ) and fit my tiny face well. I have a very low tolerance to pain but was able to handle the time it took to do both eyebrows. Rachel advised me to use a product that helps soothe and heal the eyebrows. I picked it up at a pharmacy on my out of College Station. I used it faithfully for days. I had no swelling, no itching, no scabbing. My eyebrows were done so perfectly by Rachel that when I went back in for my touch up they didn't need touching up. Rachel said that everyone is different on how fast and easy they heal and its rare that someone doesn't need a touch up. However, I feel it was because Rachel took her time , and I followed her directions to the T on the healing product. I also liked that Rachel was very easy to talk with. Her salon is clean.
Friendly staff, greeted warmly upon entering.
