She's very professional, gentle in her process and was very patient (as I unfortunately got an MMA set from a previous tech, which took a lot of time to properly and gently remove). All in all I've loved my appointments and plan on continuing to have her as my nail tech as long as I live here. Update: I got a second set for my Ring Day from Lauren, still love her work. Almost an hour and a half later and I'm sitting in their wait area and was informed they hadn't got around to find lying the prescription. A five hour wait for a 10 day supply of pills is insane."

I understand you are short staffed but that does not give you the right to treat others poorly that are asking simple questions, especially those that are helping pay your bills. Be more professional and compassionate. We are not going to a pharmacy for fun. You never know what someone may be going through. I sure hope management improves and they stop employees from treating customers like they are drunk and rowdy and in line at a Whataburger after midnight on the weekend. Make better decisions and be kind, or at least fake if you were raised by those without such qualities."

"I initially made an appointment in advance, which was cancelled unexpectedly same day without an explanation. I’m assuming due to time since I was able to reschedule for 30 minutes earlier. At check in, we are told her insurance would not cover the 2 vaccines her school requested last minute. When I asked why a courtesy call was not made, they stated they called number ending in 5267, which I told them was our deceased mother’s phone number that I took off at the last appointment for the Covid vaccine. I showed them the automated appointment update texts I’d received so clearly my number was attached to her account. They then told me the “discount” price of ONE of the vaccines (meningitis?) was $158!!!! I work in an express/urgent care, and I don’t think we have a single one that costs even close to that for self pay patients… Very disorganized and expensive, and a total waste of our time."

I have a very low tolerance to pain but was able to handle the time it took to do both eyebrows. Rachel advised me to use a product that helps soothe and heal the eyebrows. I picked it up at a pharmacy on my out of College Station. I used it faithfully for 10 days. I had no swelling, no itching, no scabbing. My eyebrows were done so perfectly by Rachel that when I went back in for my touch up they didn't need touching up. Rachel said that everyone is different on how fast and easy they heal and its rare that someone doesn't need a touch up. However, I feel it was because Rachel took her time , and I followed her directions to the T on the healing product. I also liked that Rachel was very easy to talk with. Her salon is clean."
