Mohammed explained in detail what happened and how he fixed it. It’s working perfectly and I couldn’t be happier with the excellent customer service I received. I dropped in with a bunch of envelopes that need return addresses printed on them and some postcards that needed to be folded and they told me it would be the next day, pretty quick, but I was in a bind and needed it same day. The were understanding and Victoria called an hour later and said they were ready. Great folks!!! We need more mom and pop shops like this in our world.

He is upfront with me, for example, when a quality of an image does not turn out well or if there are better options for my printing needs and tries to help me out without ripping me off. I have asked him to print business cards for me last minute, and he was able to help me out within a couple hours.
