The Warren Location goes that extra mile that makes for a Great Supplier! I have nothing but respect for everyone that works there! Anytime I call or visit the Office they usually have what I need or most cases can have what I need in a short time. Brian is a Great asset to the Warren Spahn & Rose in Warren. I e-mailed Fire Dawgs on a Saturday (through the "Contact Us" link on their website) asking for removal of a large dining room buffet. Someone called me back the same day and scheduled pickup for the following Monday - he even apologized for not getting to us the same day due to a recent snow storm! He gave me a price quote and gave additional information on how much it would cost if we didn't carry the item outside for them (I was concerned about our ability to lift the buffet and carry it outside). There would be an additional charge of $ for the crew to come in the house and take of the item outside. Following the phone call, I received a text and an e-mail confirming the pickup time. On the appointed day, the Fire Dawgs truck arrived at the pickup time (range was 1: - 5: PM, they arrived at 1:PM). We had managed to get the buffet outside ourselves so the cost was $ for them to take it. The crew was friendly and quick. They loaded up the buffet, collected our payment (they take cash, check or credit card) and that was it. The next day I received a call from Fire Dawgs asking if we were satisfied with the service. We definitely are and will use Fire Dawgs again for junk removal or teardown services! Highly recommend Fire Dawgs - they are efficient and very customer focused!

We've used McNally's for a couple years now. They've done a great job each time they've come out for repairs or regular maintenance with our furnace and AC unit, especially our regular technician Esteban. He's always on time, friendly, and professional. Esteban explains his work and let's us know what he's seeing so that we can avoid surprises in the future. He's always got a few pointers for us too which we find very helpful. We will continue to use McNally's and recommend their services to our friends and family!
