We use ACT to handle our computer and network issues with a pretty high level of satisfaction. I have an IT background with high standards and usually ask lots of questions. Fortunately/Unfortunately, I have found a different calling in life. I would say they are very thorough and have friendly and responsive service.

They went beyond the call of duty....My computer needed what we thought was a new hard drive. B strong replaced it and later we discovered it was the CPU. B strong ended up refunding my purchase and switching the old hard drive back out due to not resolving the issue .I thought that was extremely kind and ethical. I would return for this alone .Thanks.

I've known and worked with BBTech Solutions for well over years. I've not only had them as my managed services provider for all of my company's IT tech support needs; but have also referred many of my clients to them. BBTech's team has always been extremely responsive and fixed any issues we may have had (remotely even) and also helps prevent them in the first place with their pro-active network & workstation monitoring.
