I love how many options this company has wether you can just drop it off or you can have it fixed in the privacy of your own home, or remotely! this is very much appreciated, i have a couple of kids, they really try to work around your schedule. i have been a long time customer and they do no disappoint. even if i have a question about my computer all i have to do is call and ask. I am a gamer and usually do my own repairs and upgrades, being a millennial and I like to think I can plug and play anything PC wise but I am not so up to date on newer tech as it constantly changes and upgrades. I recently upgraded my tower to a new sleek light up style and had some minor issues that seemed almost major and impossible to repair through Google, I tried and did it all! Did not even have to spend minutes at the store Mr. Lucas was fast, and awesome!!! He literally opened up my system and instantly let me know what was wrong. Andy is knowledgeable, a gentleman, and capable tradesman. He repaired my computer, also showing me upgrades that I could afford.

I called and let him know what was going on and within a day had the laptop back and running like new. The price was very reasonable and did not charge a ton since the problem was quick to find and an obvious fix. He was also very nice and explained anything I didn't know about (also did not make me feel dumb for not knowing much which other places have done). I will definitely be going to him again for anything else that breaks. It was quick and easy to find what I needed and get it fixed.
