In three years of doing business with Property Management Group Anaheim, none of my properties have been vacant for a long time. I never experience being stressed with my tenants since I had them manage my rental properties. Seeking for property management services is the best decision that I ever made. It definitely gave me peace of mind and I’m pleased with how smooth Shane can be in dealing with tenants in general. Their outstanding service has definitely set the benchmark for property management companies!

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel having met Yolanda and Luis. Every person that I dealt with in the different departments was amazingly helpful, professional, and efficient. The whole process is extremely user-friendly and streamlined better than any other program that I have used in the past. I have bought over houses over the last years and this is by far the easiest and quickest line of credit/loan that I have ever put together. I would highly like to recommend Rodrigo and team for their awesome efforts in selling our home and helping us purchase a new one that perfectly suited our needs. During the sale of the first home Karen was very diligent in scheduling showings due to a limited viewing schedule due to our large dog - thank you Karen for always being by your phone! I would also like to thank Anna for keeping our documents organized at all times! The summaries of the loads of information we received during this process were really helpful in understanding what the next steps were. Rodrigo and the team were available to host multiple open houses to really push the sale of the instead of just waiting as the market had just started to slow down.
