The whole crews were so friendly. Honest and not rushing you at all. Very professional. I brought my jewelry to check the price and they check it for me without any hesitation. Will totally go back there if I want to sell my jewelry.

This place has fair prices, and a good selection of silver and specialty coins. Great customer service! It is a good local business and the owner is very knowledgeable. It has good parking out front as well. We will definitely be back for more coin exchanging in the future.

I ended up stopping in here solely based on the reviews I saw on Google…and they were extremely accurate! I was helped by a Joan (pronounced John) and a Justin. They could not have been more helpful or professional or personable, they even worked with me on a piece that I really wanted to purchase! I cannot stress how great of an environment this is, not your typical pawn shop where what they offer is what you get. They will spend all the time they need with you going over options, payment time-frames, etc. Honestly the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a pawnshop. I now have a gorgeous tennis bracelet on layaway that I cannot wait to pick up! Thank you both Joan and Justin, y’all have another happy customer!

And I wanna give thanks to I believe the owner who took his time away from his busy schedule to give me an estimate on my coin books.. This is my 2nd time in the store and I will definitely be back. This was so awkward. The lady who worked the front desk is not a people person and should not interact with customers if they want to conduct business. They are probably dooms day folk and probably don’t really care whether they have mainstream business or not. I’m just frustrated that I wasted my time driving over there to make a simple transaction and was met with this woman who presented as if she was suspicious and curious as to why I would be in her shop. She responded to my questions with a curt “yes” or “no” without further elaboration. She claimed they weren’t in a position to sell me 2 oz. of gold. I find that hard to believe - it would be like going to Popeyes fried chicken and them saying they have no chicken. She claimed “there just isn’t enough demand for us to carry any.” Yeah, right. It was like talking to a wall. Zero skills to assist someone. I made it clear I was just trying to purchase some gold/silver to have on hand (hoping she would be creative and determine a way they could assist). Crickets!!! I sense there is something fishy about this place. Don’t waste your time.

Mark and his sister Regina have been nothing but kind and accommodating. We sold cases of American Eagles to them today and they gave us a very fair price considering this volatile market. Sure I could have maybe gotten a slightly better price some where else if I shopped the other buyers in Sac County but I knew from the start they had good hearts and were running an honest family business, which is more important to me since I plan on doing more business with them. In this industry, Its hard to figure out who's honest and who's not so save yourself from potential heartache. I suggest you at least get a quote and hang out with them a little. You'll see what I mean when I say they're kind and accommodating and please remember, they're trying to make a living like the rest of us so don't be so stingy with them.
