We rented two electric pedal assist bikes. We had them for 2 hrs. We were able to make it down the tow path to Washington Crossing park and back in about 1.5 hrs. It was about miles total. If we had regular pedal bikes, we wouldn’t have been able to go that far. The attendant at the bike shop was helpful and suggested that route to us. We had to walk the bikes across a bridge to get to the park. It was pretty neat. I would use this outfitter again.

I can not say enough about Don with Jacks R Better. I am preparing for my first thru hike and I had a million and one questions about quilts. We exchanged email after email and he took really took the time to answer each and every one of my questions. Even taking the time to send me a photo of a part of a quilt that I wasn't sure about. AND he answered questions about products that he doesn't sell! He really went way above and beyond. I am so happy that I reached out to JRB for my quilt needs and questions. I Highly recommend them!

amazing service by this girl Alyssa. she was so sweet, very helpful, and just knew what i was talking about… she talked to me the whole time while helping me. she was telling me that it’s so busy today because it was truck day today and she still found time to help me. she helped me for about minutes.i didn’t find one thing that i was looking for but she told me about ordering it online and it would come before christmas! she deserves this review! thank you ALYSSA!!

Love having a outdoors store in the area. I'm in here about once a week browsing and picking up odds and ends. Wish there was more hunting apparel during the season, might change this year. Staff is friendly and always looking to help you out. Shout out to nick in the archery section, huge help today. Just getting into archery and he took the time to explain arrow selection and took care of me thanks!

I ordered via the website and then did curbside pick-up from the Willow Grove store. Unfortunately, one item I purchased was cancelled by the store, however, for the inconvenience I received a $ credit. They also listed similar items, one of which was the same price as the original and just as good so essentially, I got an extra discount. Also, the curbside pick-up was extremely fast and easy. It took literally two minutes for my items to be delivered.

Kind and helpful staff all throughout the store

This is great stop for military clothes and accessories. I got a pair of combat boots and a belt set that I'm excited to break in. The woman who helped me was very pleasant and, before finding the boots in my size there already, even offered to order three sizes to make sure I got the ones that fit properly. Definitely worth checking out!

Very helpful staff and friendly too. Only wish they had more people working because as youre talking to someone about something 3 other customers come up and interrupt since they cant find anyone. The ones that do work there are very helpful and patient. Checkout was fast and the employee was very nice.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. The boot man spent hours with me last season making % sure I got the perfect snowboarding boots. The bindings guy was patiently with me for like two hours helping me pick the perfect ones and the women who work in the clothing area are the most knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in this store is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all around good people. I won’t shop anywhere else for my snowboarding gear and I’m so greatful for everyone’s help.

Went there to get a PA hunting and fishing license awesome workers there especially Ethan who worked up front. Being in the service and having an out of state ID and currently working in PA can be confusing for some business to understand how to charge people but Ethan got the job done. Would % recommend this store to any armed forces personnel.

Stopped in with my new bike to have it adjusted since it came pre assembled and was making some new bike noises. Woody (hope I'm spelling her name right!) was able to give it a once over and make some adjustments right then and there! Took about minutes and was very reasonably priced. Bike is riding smooth and quiet now. Excellent customer service, conveniently located, fair pricing, and a great vibe all around. Will be coming here for all of my cycling needs. Highly recommended!!

Great deals on winter jackets. LL Bean wants $ for the same jacket I paid $ at M.W. except for the LL Bean label. The cold weather rating was also lower. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Sign up for their rewards program and get another discount.

I went to Dicks to shop for a treadmill. There were only 6 to choose from. I was hoping to see more options. I did see a treadmill I liked. It was the Sole F. I tried it & thought it performs very well. The price was fair. The salesperson was very helpful. He answered all of my questions & he was very polite.
