Wonderful family owned business! Extremely nice and had expert knowledge of my grandfather and cuckoo clock that weren't working. They were able to get both working and even took the time to hang my cuckoo clock! Bravo Zulu

Quick service. Swapped my bands and battery(and he cleaned all the crud of for proper seal) on my G-shock in, definitely recommend.

The gentleman behind the counter, Simon, gave me a couple of repair options for fixing my broken necklace. He gave his recommended choice for repair, but I chose to keep the necklace length and have the necklace smoldered back together where it broke. He was still very courteous and provided fast service for my specific repair, minutes. I have no frame of reference for a price point, but given the quality of workmanship and time, it was well worth it. I would come here again if the need arises.

I can't remotely imagine why anyone would give this business less than 5 stars. My mom and now I, have been taking a treasured clock to Rich for years. He is the best in the business. He is not slow, he is methodical and a perfectionist. He is an honest, talented and has integrity. My fear is some day he will retire. No one can compare to him. He has educated had many of the other clock makers in the area. They have apprenticed under him. He's really the best!!

Excellent all around!!! Mo is great. I took my 's Rolex watch first to one of the big jewelry stores in town to have it serviced. The price they quoted me was insane, so I brought it home. Then I found Mo at About Time. He is a certified Rolex watch person, quoted me a reasonable price, and seemed like a genuinely decent guy. He told me about 2 weeks, but called me before that to say it was done. The watch came out looking and running great. Trust Mo with your fine time pieces. He obviously loves watches and cares about what he does.

Omg !!!!!!! I've sent my watch to be fixed at several locations and they could not figure out the problem ! These brothers are honest fair priced and super humble ..... I have some very high end watches and wouldn't trust anyone . Give them a chance and they will not fail you never again will I ever trust my watches with anyone else . Amazing customer service . This place is AWESOME!! I called for a price to remove a couple links from my son's Taylor Guitars watch and was told they would do it for FREE!! We went in shortly after the call and they did in fact do it free of charge. I tried to pay, but Michael said it was not necessary. I will most definitely be bringing any watch/clock repairs or battery replacements to this store. Great customer service hands down!!
