We had to wait quite a while for our rug, but it was worth it. They have a significant backlog, BUT FOR A REASON. I was not only very pleased with the cleaning, they also fixed the fringes by untying and retrying them BY HAND, the right way. The authentic way, so as not to reduce the value of this hand tied rug. They were also responsive, keeping me informed. I strongly recommend Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic - especially if you have heirloom oriental rugs. They know their rugs! They demonstrated it by identifying all of my rugs from a glance, the rug’s name, the history of the patterns, told me where they were tied, where the cotton was from, and their approximate value. (An extra benefit to the cleaning!). They know what they are doing and deserve your trust! (The free pick up and delivery service was also a big help.)

Loved this place! I saw many of the eco friendly/natural brands I already buy available here! Ecos soaps, cocokind. Really great place for everything, including jewelry, clothing, home decor and art. Bambu was a nice treat! He seemed to enjoy meeting guests 😃
