I think this is the best value of the trucks along here. Food options are not too salty, there are many inexpensive options, and the wait usually isn't as long as some other trucks (Cucina Zapata, delicious as it is, can get really busy at mealtimes). It's an unassuming white truck but I highly recommend it if you need a quick convenient lunch.
This food was amazing! The staff were so wonderful and friendly. Such a welcome change versus the “food” at the cafeteria.

Omg, this garlic chicken is so freakin delicious. I ordered off of Grubhub and it was a speedy delivery. Don’t second guess it, I’d definitely be eating here again soon.
