We had such a great experience here! We are vegetarian so we were hesitant because we thought there wouldn’t be much options, but there were a lot and everything was so tasty! The staff was so sweet and helped us out as much as possible. We had a really good experience and would definitely visit again. Check this place out, you won’t regret it!

Tiny place but OMG the food is soooo good 😍 Best Chinese I've had in years. The owners are amazing and respectful. They treat you right in there. You have to try this place.

Not bad at all! Perla's Kitchen has the following strengths: #1. It is made to order so it is always fresh and hot. #2. For their chicken and broccoli, they don't seem to use chemicals to tenderize the meat and the broccoli has just the right amount of firmness. But most importantly, #3, I can pair it with a Mexican Coke!

This is definitely my new go-to restaurant for Chinese food! Food is simple but delicious, ready quickly (it says minutes when I order but so far they've been much faster than that) and really great value for the price. My mom tried an egg roll leftover from my 1st meal here, and she said even though it wasn't fresh it was still one of the best she'd ever tasted. The people working there are friendly. And this may just be me, but I like that they don't put plastic cutlery in the take-out, and instead allow customers to take some at the counter if they need it. Since I use my own silverware at home, this reduces waste/trash.

Food is so good love this little place clean friendly. Felt so welcome when I walked in.

There are 3 foods I enjoy very much, good Nigerian food, Chinese food, and Pho. I'm always on the road so I eat out a lot. I never write reviews because most of the foods I eat taste average. "The Chef" is one of my secret Ace cards. The Styrofoam contained 2 shrimp rolls. I intended to eat one now and save the other for later🤦‍♀️ EVERYTHING on the menu is outstanding! The Houston Chronicles needs to come here.

Great location for Asian food. Staff is very friendly and interior very clean. The food, high quality and delicious with ribs of options. If you're looking of a hidden gem. . .this is it. I will be back to try more and I recommend this spot.

So Amazing! Driven by here on Shepherd multiple times, didn’t understand the concept at first but it is genius. You can order so many food options. We had chinese and hot chicken. Asked for the chicken extra spicy and the chef’s delivered. Would highly recommend, food arrived promptly and was still piping hot. Also the takeout container looks like a luxury handbag which made us laugh. Will definitely order again!!

The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a great one! I live one hour away but the long drive is worth it! It is a little pricey but portions are great.

I recognized not just asian but others from different racial ethnics come to enjoy lunch here also. Try their shaken beef. It's their signature. I love their duck noodle here as well. Totally worthy spending $ here. The owner's family is so kind and sweet
