"This shop is well worth a stop if you’re in the area! We got two truffles (to die for - wish we’d gotten more), the feta (gone before we could take a picture), and this mini Maia that made its way home to PA with us. All were delicious and so fresh!"

"I ran into these folks at the county fair, took a gamble on the garlic and pepperoni variety, got a free loaf to boot, and it turned out fantastic! Real, regular ingredients, a bunch of flavors, and lots of uses. So far we've made garlic bread, used it in grilled cheese, and are it with broccoli. 10/10, and as far as I can tell it's a local company too. Would love to see them in some stores in the area! (Battle Ground Produce may be a good fit?)"

"Wow! Absolutely impressed by this local family run business. Scheduled a guided tour for 10 am on a Saturday and learned about the cows, the history of the creamery and how everything worked. Finished our tour with some delicious fried cheese curds, fresh grilled cheese and a corn dog. Had to try the soft serve ice cream as well - everything was great! Beautiful outdoor seating which was perfect on a warm summer day. Thanks for a great experience!"

"A cheese lovers must visit place while anywhere near Salem, Oregon. The tastings are free, and once you have sampled the over 30 varieties, you will end up buying at least one. Smoked garlic in cheddar was delicious as was the aged chive &a pepper Gouda. The guide for the tasting, Jan Marie, was really knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave a compelling story about the cheeses and where they came from. Cumin Gouda, chipotle cheddar and coffee cheddar were also very good but the Boerenkaas is the most popular as it pairs with numerous wines. Check out the photos I have posted."

"Received a tour from the butter girl, sorry forgot her name but she's super cool. Twin babies were born a week ago and we got to see them scamper around. Bought some food and shirts, they're working on selling their own ice cream."

"They have really cool cheese selection. The carne asada nachos will fill you up. The quesadilla was very flavorful. Very nice hospitality. I’ll be back to try they’re ice cream. Very spacious as well."

"The Gouda was one of the most exquisite cheeses I’ve had. Beautiful crystals and bursts of flavor in a creamy aged Gouda. The proprietor is a little rough around the edges-but make great cheese."

"Some of the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Super creamy and flavorful! I didn't expect it to be slightly spicy but it was greatly welcomed. The mac itself was cooked pretty well too. Watching the cheese being made while eating was a pretty cool experience."

"I had been wanting a reading from Tarah for a long time! We did a palm reading and tarot reading. It was really cool to learn about my palm and see how easy it is for an experienced reader to see my personality and lessons to be learned. I recommend doing a tarot reading with her too because she knows her stuff. Her energy is beautiful! Thank you 🙏🤲 - palm emoji!"
