While replacing my battery, David replaced missing brackets and screws that a previous repairman had removed and discarded. Now my iPhone is functioning great and I received valuable information on how to keep my iPhone in good working condition. Brought my phone in to get fixed, it was just simply a front screen repair. I was helped out by so said name tony and he couldn’t find a way to fix and made me wait over 4 hours after he stated it would only be a 1 hr wait. Then I asked for a refund because he couldn’t fix it and put the original screen back on and he told me he didn’t do refunds and that there was a “ no refund policy”. When there was no sign in the store that said that. He then stated he didn’t have cash for the refund after I paid him in cash and saw he had a wad of cash too. I proceeded to keep trying for the simple fact that he didn’t do nothing to my phone but open it up and make my screen worse. Then after a while he went to the back of the store to get the cash he claimed not to have. He also seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing because he had to be on the phone with someone else to figure out how to fix the phone. But besides the fact the frutería right beside it was good asffff!!! 😂

Wanted to get 3 lines and the girl didn’t even bother to greet us !!! She’s was on her phone for at least 5 minutes until I asked her if she’s could help us out. We were the only ones there !!! She’s didn’t even make eye contact !!!! I asked her about the iPhone which was a good deal (I new about it before) when you switched carriers she gave me a price and I told her I’d take it. She gets on the computer..then tells me she doesn’t have anymore 😑.. Im just putting this review because she didn’t bother to offer any other options/deals at all… she was not helpful at all.

This tech store has very polite customer service. Prices are competitive, with the part and labor quality they offer you are actually are getting a good deal. The gentleman that worked on my phone did a fantastic job no complaints and my phone has been perfect. They work at a good and consistent pace compared to other shops. Will come back to this store when I need something done!
