I ordered a vegan raspberry lemon cake for my wife's birthday and let me tell......my wife had nothing negative to say about the cake! The cake was moist and not dry like many vegan cakes are. The flavor was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be ordering from Akki's again.

Absolutely delicious AND inspirational. We stopped in during a trip from Austin and tried a variety of baked items. So wonderful to have mouth-watering low-carb/low-sugar options to replace the foods we love - cinnamon bread, chocolate cupcakes, cookies - all terrific! The owner shared a glimpse of his personal journey in starting his bakery - amazing that he is helping others. San Antonio is lucky to have this shop!

We ordered 3 dozen cupcakes for my daughters first birthday! Of course it was CocoMelon themed. The cupcakes even had edible toppers! She did absolutely amazing work and not only did everything look amazing but it tasted amazing as well! Thank you! ☺️

I’ve ordered from them a few times now. They made my birthday cake and my husbands graduation cheesecake, as well as other orders. Each time the cakes were phenomenal. The number cake exceeded my expectations. As someone who worked for the Cheesecake Factory, and tried every single one of the cheesecakes. I must admit fresh baked cakes is better. You can taste the quality ingredients and the cheesecakes are always fresh never frozen. I will definitely order again.
