No car but wanting to go to the mountains? No problem. Jump on a tour. My tour guide was Michelle and I had an awesome time! She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better person as our tour guide. Her stories and insight had me hooked the whole time. The guests that were part of the tour were also friendly. Highly recommend. OK I rated great for two reasons; The price is right and this is one of the best forms of people watching entertainment especially the weekend before Halloween. There isn't a place with more crazy, goofy, creepy, pot-smoker-dope-heads, tourists, students, drunkard, street-person people in all of Denver. I do recommend that females after dark please ride with several in a group or a male worthy of protecting you in the event of an unruly intoxicated pest.

I went on the full day Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak tour with Bernard and it was fantastic! Bernard is an amazing guide, full of energy, he makes everyone feel super welcome and creates a fun, dynamic atmosphere. Garden of the Gods is stunning and Pikes Peak, although a long drive, is totally worth it. The drive up is really fun and Bernard had lots of interesting anecdotes. It's just amazing getting up that high, almost above the clouds. The lunch stop at Manitou Springs was sweet and I had a delicious grilled cheese sandwich from the Red Dog Cafe. A great day!
