We had an exceptional experience in getting our roof, gutters, gutter guards, and skylights replaced by Big Boy’s construction due to storm damage. Gary was professional, dependable, and a joy to work with through the entire process. He communicated each step and keep us updated of timing and delays (weather, materials) in addition to helping us navigate some delays from the insurance company. The work was done in a timely manner. We are happy with the work the crews did and appreciate them listening to our concern and adjusting the gutter layout. I highly recommend Big Boy’s construction.

Love to support family owned businesses. Nick was very helpful and polite when we needed a quote on getting our roof repaired. I decided to go with the repair and they did a great job and was priced very fair as well.

Working with Maco Grahunt was an excellent experience. Bryan was responsive and helped us plan a whole-house gutter replacement and guard installation. The gutters were appropriately sized, look great and are matched perfectly to the trim. The installation team did some smart work with the angling of the gutters as well. They also did some roof and siding repair due to wind and storm damage. Juan and his team did great work!

AJ and William were out here at Arden Flats doing our dryer vent cleaning for our apartment complex. They were great!!! Fast and had wonderful service. They caught a few issues and brought them to my attention right away. Defiantly would highly recommend this company to everyone~!

Expensive at nearly $ per hour (including billed drive time) and they TYPICALLY work with insurance BUT they did help us in a time of need. We had a mishap with spoiled chicken juice and it leaking into cavities of an expensive Fridge. They came out within hours and took care of it. Thank you guys for being so quick and courteous. We would recommend ERS.

Great customer service. He arrived on time and our carpet looks % better. We had one really bad spot at the bottom of the stairs and he completely cleaned up that spot. Definitely recommend.
