Jacob from Rocky Mountain Finishes was absolutely terrific in terms of helping me to get what I needed. I was short 3 pieces of James Hardie material. Had I ordered this material from our original supplier, it would have taken 5 weeks as it was a special order color plus. Time I don't have. Jacob got it to me in less than a week. When I called to inquire RMF and Jacob's services he knew exactly what I needed and was familiar with the color I needed even before I told him the color I needed. I also needed the finish to match the current material. It had to have the glossy look from being baked on. Every product at RMF is baked on. He even went so far to source the material I needed to get it shipped to his store to begin work, rather than having me go through several loops getting the material to him to finish. Leading to a faster turnaround time and less headache for me. He also worked really hard to find shipping at a great price. Which took some work on his part as he is 4 hours away from where I am. I would recommend this business to anyone at any time. Tip top customer service and product here folks. And if you're in Parker like I am, or somewhere else far away, don't let the 4 hours scare you away. Jacob will help find an economical way to help you out.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical of ordering online without being able to see the product first. The folks at Window Sills Direct kept in contact throughout the measurement, order, and delivery process. One bathroom wall wasn't completely square, and it was a huge relief to be able to make custom measurements and then to be able to sand down certain spots even more on site, as necessary. The bench and window sill turned out amazing. I would definitely recommend.
