Words cannot express how perfect my time was last night looking for a dress! Courtney was wonderful. She asked the questions and picked the most beautiful dresses that fit my vision. I found one online and she had it in store! It was perfect and I said yes to the dress!! Thank you New Beginnings for the personal experience that made me feel beautiful and special! ( I have three younger sisters and they will all be going through the same experience)

The young lady whom helped me at the register, and the young lady who helped me with the fitting room were absolutely wonderful! They both went above and beyond helping me today, and made a kind of cruddy week better. Thank you so much for being so awesome!

This shop was really great for prom dress shopping. Definitely had many different types of dress and all different price points. I found my dream designer prom dress here and I’m just so excited! They only have one of each dress so nobody will match you and I think that is just so amazing. The staff was awesome, they helped me get alterations and I even order some of my dates stuff from here as well. Definitely would recommend!

When I was getting ready to come to my appointment I was filled with dread, as my previous appointment at davids bridal was such a disaster.. I had pretty much lost all self confidence in myself and finding a dress. But when I came in I felt very much heard and understood. I had the most AMAZING consultant who did nothing but do everything she could to make me feel beautiful. The difference in customer service was literally night and day, and I couldn't ask for a better experience than this. Thank you a million times for helping me find my dress!! ❤ And I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful dress and bridal experience.

My daughter found this place just waiting for coffee in Starbucks across the parking. She decided to see what they offer and loved this place from first glance. Amazingly friendly and helpful volunteers found a dress of her dream! Also they agreed keep in on hold for few days! Then we came together to make final purchase and magic happened again! It was such a huge difference from other places we visited - we felt like dear guests or very close friends. All advises were very professional and suggestions were helpful. And guess what?! they asked me if I started shopping for mother-of-bride dress and show me three perfect choices of my size. I fall in love with one of them and we both got our dresses in same place, on same day!!! I can't even describe all appreciation we feel toward those wonderful ladies who helped us to find what we were looking for! Amazing experience! Can wholeheartedly recommend to everyone who is looking for formal dresses!

Amazing staff to work with. This was my daughters first time here amd she found so many things to choose from in sizes that fit her. I have not seen her that happy in a shopping trip for a long time

Kaylee was superb!!! She was extremely amazing and soo helpful. She has a eye for picking you out the most stunning dresses to fit you perfectly. I definitely recommend coming to this store because they have so many choices and sizes and the people are just so nice. Loved it. I bought three dresses. Love love love. Thank you Kaylee! This was hands down the BEST experience ever. When you come in the salon is absolutely stunning. The owners are so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. My whole entourage (of 7) was offered champagne and we got to go over my wedding and bridal vision. After they pulled some gowns for me to try and make me so comfortable the entire time. I ended up finding the perfect dress and wedding veil. I couldnt give a better recommendation for these amazing women and their boutique!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience buying my wedding dress!! Alexis was so kind and patient and I fell in love with my dress the second I put it on. Beth from alterations did an amazing job altering my dress to fit me like a glove. They also helped my husband get his suit and the groomsmen get their pants here through the suit company they work with. / recommend :)

Awesome customer service. After having a bad experience at another store Monica, Celia, and Sadie were absolutely amazing. These three ladies helped my daughter and I with ear piercings, finding the exact thing my daughter has had her eyes on for months, and were attentive for the hour we spent in the store. If your looking for a great piercing experience or accessory shopping come here first!!!

I didn't visit, but called the store hoping to find a clearance item. I am sorry I don't remember the staffers name, but she was amazingly helpful. She looked up my account, got the SKU number of the item from a previous order, and helped me find the item online, which I had tried unsuccessfully to do earlier. She was incredible!

This review is sooo overdue, but two years after buying my dress at Weddings With Joy (thanks covid), I have finally gotten to wear the dress! TL;DR, just go ahead and schedule your appointment here. Don't waste your time going somewhere else. My first dress shopping experience was not at WWJ and it was totally disappointing. The stylist didn't even introduce herself, and she dipped out of my appointment minutes early to help some people who walked in without an appointment. I was really hoping for a special experience with my mom and aunties and best friend but left feeling totally disappointed and disrespected. SO, when I called WWJ randomly on a Saturday when my mom and auntie were in town visiting for Christmas, I was already a little traumatized about dress shopping. The ladies at WWJ totally turned my experience around. First of all, they were able to accommodate us THAT DAY. I had a private appointment with Ashley (no randos walking in in the middle, thank you very much), and she was so attentive and professional. She listened to what I wanted, pulled some things that fit the bill (and the budget) and hyped me up throughout the whole process. The first dress she picked was the one I ended up with. She nailed it. Courtney was also there and was an excellent hype woman. She was also super communicative and great throughout the pickup phase, which happened to be right in the middle of the first wave of covid. She let me come in and try it on and I felt super safe in the shop, just the two of us with masks. Anna helped me with my wedding dress and I’m so thankful I found her. My dress was not easy to alter because I bought it too big and I asked for a lot to be done to it. There were a lot of beads and detailing and she went through every step with me. I felt so beautiful at my wedding and I thought about her several times throughout the day. She also helped me with my sons suit at last minute and he looked so handsome. Thank you Anna!
