Great tub at a great price and when there was a problem they jumped in to get it fixed ASAP! Ask for Johnnie to be your sales rep she has a ton of experience and watch out for the store manager guy behind the desk he tried to get us to buy something else after we had already spent over an hour getting settled on exactly what we wanted. Johnnie is phenomenal and would make a great store manager!

We have had such a great experience with Galaxy. We purchased our hot tub a year ago and recently moved. Galaxy provides a moving service and we had a great experience with them. They were so patient and flexible as we had to change the dates a few times due to unexpected delays. During the move process one of the panels became damaged. Galaxy replaced the panel with no issue. I am so glad we purchased our hot tub with Galaxy. They provide exceptional service beyond the initial purchase.

Really cool and relaxed place. out of would recommend to anyone. One of the only smoke free establishments for pool. Great place!

Star & Danny “porkchop” were very professional & appear to love what they do! Total time to replace cloth start to finish under /2 hours! They let me know the exact time of arrival & nailed it! We went with Steel Gray from standard green; notice the different look depending on the lighting!

They were able to get us on their schedule at the last minute and then on moving day they did an amazing job moving the table and doing a felt color change.
