I appreciate this place so much! I came in for a hair cut because every other place I go to can’t do it right. I came in for something different and that’s what I got- a masterpiece! I found this place on google so I knew it was a teaching school which I was okay with. There are quite a bit of students and I loved that the teacher, specifically Su, was able to teach them right in front of me so they could learn and have the best outcome. This is the only place I will ever go to because I know I will never be disappointed.

Maritza’s Beauty College is the best college there is, the teachers are very knowledgeable, capable and well trained, well obviously since they are all certified by the State of Washington. Maritza López, the owner and director of Maritza’s Beauty College, she is there everyday, all day, making sure that the students are getting the knowledge and skills they need to graduate with honors and pass the State exam to get their License and start working as soon as they graduate. Remember this is a Beauty College and the Students are the ones that do the training, under the supervision of the teachers and the director. I have had my hair cut and dye there, twice already and ended with incredible results, they lift up my self steam and I left there feeling amazing! I’ve been going to ElectraSpa School of Esthetics since the beginning of September after transferring out of my aesthetic school in Lacey, WA. I am SO happy I came here! I learned more my first week at ElectraSpa than I learned in 6 months at my last school!! Nanci is very thorough while teaching us and I’m feeling way more confident with my services now. I love that the school has a flexible schedule and that we have the opportunity to go on field trips. This school is literally so fun!! Nanci goes above and beyond for her students to make sure they are learning and thriving and I recommend coming here if you’re looking for a great school, flexible schedule, hands-on learning, and preparation for state boards. I’ve never loved a school environment this much! Thank you Nanci & ElectraSpa for everything and always going above and beyond so that we have such a great learning environment :)

My daughter got her favorite pixie cut today by a couple of great and funny gals. After getting home she wishes it was shorter. She really enjoyed chatting with y'all. We miss having BJ's beauty school in Auburn but we are happy with our experience here.

I hadn't had a real haircut from to because of Covid-. My hair was pretty scary. Scooped up my elderly mom and came to the beauty school for a cut and color for each of us so we'd look decent for a family wedding. A minor language barrier explaining I wanted short sides, untapered. After the initial cut the sides were tapered, but they fixed it right up when I said shorter. The color process was great too. They use a cloth wrap and jelly to keep the color in your hair and not streaming onto your skin, face, and clothes. They took care of my mom too. Elderly hair that's thin and falling out. Mom got a cut that lifted the hair up and the color (chestnut brown) reflects the sun giving her whole head some sun shine over the grey look she had before. Happy with the cuts, the color, and especially the cost and their ability to fit us in for two long processes without much notice.

Went in to get my hair lighter, Lauren did a amazing job. She’s gonna make great money and clientele when she’s done with school! Thanks again!! I love it!!!

I can’t express how satisfied I am with Vdiva’s eyelash extension course. I did A LOT of research before going with them. What caught my attention was their cute and clean studio. Lily and Vero are very sweet and patient. They work hands on with their students and even though they do a two person class, they still gave each of us the one on one time we needed. I felt very motivated and excited to start my new career after finishing this course. I loved how they taught multiple styles (compared to other places only teaching you classic). They also provide support and business advice even after you finish their course. Besides the eyelash course, they offer makeup classes and soon to offer other aesthetic courses. I recommend %!

This Has Proven To Truly Be One Of My Greatest FINDS And A Great College For Me To Attend. I have been to many beauty schools looking for the entire package For A Total Hair Care Experience. Well FINALLY I HAVE FOUND MY DREAM COME TRUE!!!! I’m So Excited to Commence My Career With This Phenomenal Woman Whose Passion Is Shown In NATURAL HAIR. Because My introduction with her was one of the most interesting, entertaining and exciting Learning experiences I MUST SAY... What a cool atmosphere! Very welcoming and professional environment. Being able to receive quality skincare from students under training and supervision at a discount is a brilliant concept and business design. I've received several sessions of micro-needling and waxing here and couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Hats off to Vena and Tina for creating an inclusive and accessible environment for everyone!

I went here after I cut my own hair so they could fix it and make it even. I told them that all I wanted was to even my hair. They cut my hair from my shoulders to my chin!! The instructor had to come and fix it. When I said I wanted to fix my fringe the instructor cut my hair in a way that made me look like an old lady. I went with my friend and her hair cut looked amazing!! She has perfectly straight hair. IF YOU HAVE CURLY HAIR DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT CURLY HAIR!! The people are nice and friendly and some of them have talent. But I wouldn’t suggest going here. I wouldn’t say they steal your money, but they definitely give you what you pay for.

I am a graduate from Euro institute & have been practicing for 7yrs, when looking for a "Grandfathering Aesthetics" course and after talking with many people in the industry, I made my decision solely on price.....because at the end of the day any derm plastic would have to train you no matter what training you had. I am so impressed with the level of training, experience in the industry, knowledge, professionalism, intelligence, and well planned course.Yes I am going over things that I know, however this course goes beyond a refresher, it is in depth and challenging I am learning a ton!!!! feel empowered!!!!! Seriously!!!! This course will not disappoint. I will post again when I am finished!!!!

I went to see Izzy today after not getting my hair done for years after a bad experience and then the pandemic. She does hair like a seasoned pro. I walked out feeling so good. My favorite foil in all the years and the cut and style was perfect. She listened to everything I mentioned including liking to wear my hair up so she foiled to make it look good up or down. It can be scary going to someone new period and trusting your hair to someone learning but don’t be. Izzy is fantastic and I loved how involved the educators were to ensuring the process went smooth too. Will definitely be back!!! Included a before and after.

Jessica is great! My eyelashes look very full and natural and they really help to bring out the natural beauty of my eyes. She was very careful not to get glue in my eyes and there was very little discomfort during the process. Even the table didn't hurt my back! Perfect experience from a perfect lash artist! / would recommend!
