I’ve been using Elleebana Direct for awhile now. I have always been pleased with the ease of shopping, fast shipping and great customer service but recently they went above and beyond and I am so grateful for them! It feels really good to support another woman owned small business that supports you! I recently placed my usual order for lift abs aftercare supplies. I usually place an order about a week before I’m about to run out of product, since I have always experienced fast shipping with them this has always worked for me. Unfortunately this last time my shipment didn’t show in normal fashion. Per tracking info it said it was delivered but I did not receive. I waited a couple of days hoping this was a mistake and my order would be rerouted to me, when it did not show almost a week later I started to panic. I was down to my last couple of treatments and had appointments coming up. I was in a very tight bind and really stressed out. I contacted FedEx who was the shipper regarding my order but they were no help. I then turned to Elleebana Direct. Laura quickly responded to my initial email informing her of what had happened, I shared with her my worry, I was afraid I was going to have to cancel my upcoming appointments because I didn’t have product. I would be out money from my lost order and money from possible loss of income. Not to mention my reputation could possibly be tainted as canceling appointments is reserved for absolute emergencies. I couldn’t stomach canceling my clients because of this unfortunate event. All this to say…. Laura reshipped my original order with next day delivery! My product arrived right in time! I didn’t have to cancel or reschedule a single appointment! FedEx still hasn’t located my package. if she wouldn’t have helped out the way she did I would be at a loss for sure. Bella was so helpful from the beginning, before I started my sessions, I asked alot of questions & she walked me thru everything my first session & explained the process to me & made me feel so much more comfortable. First it’s wood therapy, cavitation , radio frequency, laser lipo & then vacuum therapy. I love these products. I typically used simple shampoos (Trader Joe’s) but recently started a detoxing of my life. Innersense is organic, smells amazing (important!) and I love using it. I love the shampoo and conditioner, and the I Create Lift product to define my curly Hawaiian hair. I’ve never found another product that has made my curls look really good and bouncy, but Lift does it! Innersense has a lot of great training videos online about how to work with curls. If you have curly hair, or want to get harmful chemicals out of your world and body, you should definitely check it out!
