My boyfriend and I bought spin bikes here and we were stoked on our service by Jeff. We had already purchased bikes elsewhere and canned our orders while we were there to purchase what they had on hand. Thanks Jeff for showing us solid service and respect.

Looking online to see if a specific item was available. The website directed us to Dublin store. We wanted to purchase and pick up same day. So we called to confirm if it was actually in store before we drove miles to store. We spoke to Jeff and he was very rude. He admittedly said no its not available and only had a larger size. Not satisfy we started to ask another question and was hung up on. So we trek out to another store in Lodi and the associate (Ajay) told us if they have in store you can purchase and pick up same day. Then (Ajay) associate help us contacted the store in Dublin he spoke to Jeff and was told he did not have the minutes to check his stock. Thank you Jeff for your help... we will be taking our business to Wal-Mart since you don't have any customer service skills. We hope Ajay is recognized for his exceptional customer service and is rewarded and promoted. Thank you and we will continue to frequent your store in Lodi.

I ordered my purchase online and was quickly made aware it would be ready for pickup. Once I arrived, they had it ready and quickly loaded it into my truck. It was easy and the staff was nice when I stopped in to make a purchase. There is plenty of parking when you arrive as their lot usually isn’t full.

Stopped by while charging my Tesla. Great options as always. Didn’t buy, as I wasn’t really looking to buy. Store is neat and tidy.

This place has a large selection. Their facility is clean. The staff is all nice and helpful. There's even a batting cage inside the baseball area.

Great selection of sports equipment and sports wear. I was looking for hiking boots and had 1st class assistance from a young gentleman who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the range of products available. I will definitely return for other sporting equipment as and when required.

My dad and I went here for shoes, and the guy in the shoe dept was great!! We were there in the morning of Monday the 3rd. Great selection of shoes and prices. We bought Merrel and Keenes. the young woman at the register who checked us out was also very nice, and joked with us too. An all around great experience!! The new location at the mall is better than the old location, more to choose from.

Love the team at SF Baseball Academy! We've been participating in various teams, events, and using the batting cages at SFBA for a number of year. The open batting hour was a big winner for us early in the pandemic - a way to get hitting and coaching in when games were cancelled. They used to sponsor a SFYBL team, but that has transformed into Seeds Sandlot, a series of backyard style games at USF's baseball field. It has been a total blast for my kid and a great experience on a real field. We've even held a birthday party here - which was a great experience. The services aren't cheap, but you get a very positive environment with a bunch of coaches that deeply understand the nuances of baseball. Big kudos to the staff who just make baseball fun - can't think of a better transformation of the old Bridge theater.

Great place for your sporting goods and outdoor equipment. I got my daughter's bike there and Mike in the bike dept was very friendly and helpful. He really knew his stuff and helped us get everything we needed and made sure the bike and helmet were adjusted just right before helping us to the checkout. 5 stars for Mike & the store!

Conveniently located not too far coming off the highway on Rollins. I came here for a party and everyone had a blast. All of us never played baseball and the staff was pretty good about teaching us the basics and up to speed quickly. The staff is also very nice, patient, and attentive... taking care of our party. You can choose to hit baseballs or softballs and choose the speed. Interestingly enough, the speeds are actually higher than stated because how close the ball-shooter is to you, so think about that when choosing your speed! Would recommend and be back!

Online order fulfilment at this store took less than half an hour. Wow!! When we went to the store to pickup our order, we found it to be very clean and well laid out, with friendly staff. It was also easy to return one of the items on our order which we no longer required.

I went online to find some specific golf balls prior to store opening early in the morning. I was able to find them in stock and placed my order for pickup. Literally minutes after store opening I received the ready for pickup email. 2 minutes after checking in for curbside pickup my order was delivered. Outstanding service!
