"Order a 2 meat meal. Pulled pork and brisket, comes with 2 sides. We got French fries and Mac and cheese. Everything was really tasty! Both meats were smoke perfectly, super moist and flavorful. The bbq sauce is tangy and has a slight spice. Came with two slices of bread. The Mac and cheese has a kick. The fries are seasoned with a seasoning salt and pretty crispy. Overall, really awesome!"

"This was the first and only time that I've been to Beez Neez, as it's brand new! I definitely plan adding this to my list of frequented carts, since it's so close to my work 😁 My total came out to $10.00 ($7.50 for the hot link, and $2.50 for the potato salad, which is super worth it!!!). While this Louisiana Hot Link could have been more spicy (in my humble, spice obsessed opinion), and the bun could have been just slightly less chewy, this was EXTREMELY delicious! (UPDATE: The bun was not overly chewy at all, upon purchasing a Polish Beef Hot Dog during my second visit a week later. It was perfect this time! And the polish dog was on point 👌) Plus, you can customize the heat & flavor factors with their amazing, extensive list of complimentary condiments and toppings! I think I went with spicy brown mustard, roasted garlic aoli, pickled jalapenos, pickled onions, and pickle relish. The people working the cart were very friendly, service was quick, and they even offer a couple different reindeer dogs 😮 I'm definitely gonna have to give one of them a try! They also offer the classics (polish dog, regular hot dog, etc). I think they are all 1/4 lb dogs. Oh, and the $2.50 add-on potato salad is killer!!! It was so thick that it makes the size very deceiving. I was still working on it even after I was already done with the hot link. I thought I was never going to be able to finish it (oh, but I did!). Did I mention that it's homemade? It's honestly one of the best potato salads that I've ever had! They have a truly awesome entree menu and complimentary condiment/toppings menu. I'll try to get pics next time I'm there, which will be soon 😋 Keep up the awesome work, Beez Neez 🐝🦵👍"

"It’s everything they had told me…and more 🙌🏼 Just might be the best BBQ place I have been to in my life. The brisket sandwich was amazing. But on the second visit I opted for the burnt pork belly. And let me tell you, it was as if I was eating candy. Do yourself a favor and venture into the world of BBQ here in Portland. You won’t be sorry."

"I have a rule. If I love a place, I will never rate it because I want to keep the good stuff a secret. But I will make an exception because this place just blew my mind! I had the chicken BBQ bowl and a side of baked beans. What a delight. Flavor explosion! Collard greens were just wonderful, cooked perfectly and a great addition to the meal. Will come here again for sure."

"The best thing I've eaten on the west coast! Our road trip from SoCal to Seattle took us here to eat. It was incredible! I was having the big O just tasting the flavor depth of this BBQ. My partner and I walked past a restaurant on the block and he said "they might as well close with this food truck near by". You have to try the sliced brisket! Matt and David are hella nice ! Please leave a good tip 💞"

"Talk about a flavor explosion in my mouth 🔥. We showed just before the lunch service ended and found the dining room starting to open up a bit. Once seated I looked at the menu and I couldn’t decide on just one thing because it all looked so good Luckily I was dining with two friends and since the meals are meant to be shared family style we ordered everything on the not curry menu. You must try their Sweet & Sour Fried Chicken & their BBQ fried rice w/Brisket. Sooo good! Enjoyed all the dishes we ordered so you really can’t go wrong."

"Matt's cart (and sterling reputation) have moved to the recently opened Hinterland pod on SE 50th. I suspect that the pod's covered seating and central bar service will work out very well for them. Ordering can be done online, or via a pseudo online touchscreen attached to the cart - I suspect that this is good for keeping up with demand, as well as being an effective pandemic protocol. As for the food (finally!), it was well worth the wait for my first visit. Choosing somewhat randomly from the menu, I went with a Pulled Pork taco, as well as the Beef Supremo. If a fast food item was redesigned and made with actual quality ingredients, you'd get the Beef Supremo. This was a fascinating exercise, but it was the Pulled Pork that will bring me back - the pork came with guacamole and pickled onions that proved to cap it off perfectly. Matt's tacos are truly special."

The whole process with them went so smoothly, they delivered our food timely and we received TONS of great reviews on the food. Their catfish was AMAZING and the corn bread and green beans with bacon were a hit. "Pick the Pig, it's a squealing deal!(sorry) The bbq smoke seeps into every corner of this dining diamond. The ambiance subtly screams amazing bbq joint and the food echoes that. We ordered a variety of meats and sides and everything met the expectations you'd have, but the chicken thighs surprised us. They featured a crunchy bark with deep flavor and juicy interior and the Pig serves thighs with a Jalapeño Jelly with sweet spicy junks of jalapeños."
