I ordered 8 hanging A-Frame signs, and noticed one broke after a single use, 2 others began to break at the corners under the grommets. Please note: When placing your order, it's important to discuss/consider the material being used, and sometimes that can get missed during a hectic or busy time of the day. I inadvertently agreed to a material that is too fragile for my intended use. The Franchisee is standing behind his work and replacing all of the signs with a stronger material...Thank you, Roy :-)

Yesterday, // I visited Arden Way location. I was in search of ideas balloons for a special birthday today. Wow the fantastic customer service I received from the store manager Will was over the top. Victoria cashier was great to; kind full of ideas of making my decision so much easier. The two of them really need to be noticed for good customer service. The manager was hands on making sure each customer received care and was being taken care of and moving the long waiting line (wait time) go quickly …. Seriously this store was on top of their game. Thank you I definitely will be back 😁

I went there to have a Word Cloud app poster I had made for my grandson printed. It wasn't all that large so it cost significantly less than I'd expected. Since that was so, and since I heard the song sang by the paper, pens, pencils Post It's and all the other products, I went on a shopping stroll through each and every aisle, some more than once. It was fabulous. They have a pretty wide variety of office supplies and office type gadgetry plus a few other genres. I spent a goodly amount of time in there, and money, though that's no reflection of their pricing. That's all me and my reluctance to put anything back once I've got it in my hands. They and my arms finally went numb so I went and got a basket. I left with quite a number of items for the price I paid. Strangely enough, though they have quite the selection of Post It products, they didn't have any Post It label tape. The floor clerk I spoke with did say I could probably find it on their website but if they have a physical store front, I seldom make purchases from the website (exception:::apps like the one for Starbucks). All in all, it was a fine and productive excursion. Also, every employee I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm pretty sure I may have missed a few somethings I don't really need or already have so I'm sure I'll be returning.

Really appreciate working with the Print Center we had our hoodies done for our company and they turned out amazing. Jessica was really friendly and helpful which made the process really effortless!! Definitely will be recommending people here!

Used more than just once, Greg is a great person to go to when you need quality work, timely delivery and something that will make your company or organization look good. In my first work with him, Greg and his team provided excellent quality logo'ed shirts that look awesome for tradeshows and general work in front of clients. He was timely and helped pick just what I was looking for delivering a product my employees are proud to wear. If that were the only time he did great work, that would have been enough but, there is more. When my Navy unit needed new hats to help our members feel pride in their unit, Greg hit a home run again. Hats were done with perfect results, delivered early and the Sailors were overjoyed with the product. If looking for promotional products from a man who has been doing it for over years, Greg is a great person to call!

We absolutely LOVE our signs from Pacific West Signs. They do the best job! Last year we did a grand reopening of one of our locations and were looking for a 3D "Logo" Sign to feature on the roadside. It turned out so much better than we had hoped for. It's such a great feature for when people drive by and really pops out. We definitely recommend Pacific West Signs!
