Gordon is a craftsman when it comes to rods and reels. I trust him completely to hand me back a better product then what I handed him.

Sedrick is very knowledgeable. Can help with numerous set ups. Has the gear you need and or will get what you need for the best fishing experience.

This shop is owned by my dad, if you are running late just call and we will stay awhile for you to come. If you don’t arrive in minutes or so, we will have to close. Customer service here is great, my dad is a experienced fisherman so come by and ask him some questions and he will tell you what you want.

I have a model and it’s an absolute workhorse. This thing is probably years old. To have a machine that can run for hours at a time, at that age, and not break down is impressive. However, last week I noticed that it wasn’t blowing hot air any more. The fan was working, but the heating element was out. I removed the back panel and was amazed to see how simple it was back there. I called the company and immediately found myself speaking directly to a customer service agent. No automated phone tree and I have to say, it was really nice. The conversation was concise and pleasant. They sent the parts I needed directly to me and included some easy to follow installation instructions. We’re up and running again. Happy this company is in business.

'/st time review, but been a customer a dozen times over the years: -- To set the 5-Star parameter, it's not for being a newer construction location nor attracting trendy clients. -- With the above said, the small, 4-unit/8-pump, corner location is ++ clean, safe-feeling, and free of transient panhandling/loitering ++ the pumps work well, and dispense sales receipts without the myriad of issues I've experienced at various station which force me to go inside to stand in the cashier's line waiting to get s receipt. -- Small convenience store. -- They sell bait. -- While there's no specific handicap parking space, there is plenty of room on the side of the building to park. Though be prepared to walk around to the front, and in the drive area not small frontage walk. -- While there's no car wash, there is a separate, free standing, do-it-yourself, self serve car wash business.

The workers are very nice and knowledgeable. Great fishing gear. They have poles that are hard to get right now.

Nice store for when your out going fishing or taking a river drive. Hay if your passing through stop in the sandwich deli is good eating and the Mexican food just outside is great for if your just passing through. Very friendly people and never a let down when I need something in the middle of nowhere. Clarksburg is the spot to stop 🛑. Just half a block off the river road. Stop in tell them Kevin sent you. They close early so do not go to late they are in the country so it's not safe for them in the small town to stay open to late. Catch them at the right time and be satisfied. Thumbs up 👍👍👍👍

Big red worm is the greatest experience when it comes to getting what you want when you want it I recommend if you need bait to stick your shelves to please your customers you'll find nothing better. The prices and the service is incomparable to any other company check it out for your self.

Called for help with a piece of metal extension and he offered another shop that dealt with specifically what I needed. Did not use his service but it was a great customer service experience. Thank you!
