Absolutely awesome experience! Eric is a really fair and down to earth person who took very good care of myself and my wife. The wife needed an AC recharge on her older minivan and the price was way less than the chain stores. I need a compressor for my vehicle and he offered a quote on a price that was significantly less than everywhere else. If you're looking for a place to do honest work and give you a fair and honest assessment at a more then fair price this is the place.

My sister was visiting me here in Las Vegas about a month ago, and the battery had died on her Prius while at my place. She found Trusted Imports and took it there. They fixed it and did it so well that she now gets a longer charge on her car! (They still don’t know how it happened. I just think they’re being humble.) So when I needed to get an oil change on my Lexus IS, I took it there! They did a synthetic oil change, changed the oil filter, topped off all fluids and set the tire pressure, which came to only $, which was $ less than a few other places I had checked for a synthetic oil change. I also asked them to check my battery and electrical because I thought I was having trouble with it, and they did that for no charge. They were very nice and courteous and helpful with any questions I had as well. Andrew and his crew of men, as everyone else has said, are very straightforward, helpful, and get the job done. I definitely will be back! Thanks guys!

Last year I moved to the southwest of town and I needed to look for a closer shop to get a synthetic oil change done for my car. After checking out places and reviews on Yelp and although they didn't have many reviews but yet were highly rated, I decided to check out Let's Go Auto which is about mins from where I live. I called first thing in the morning to get a price quote and see if there was any availability that day. Junior was the one I spoke to and he was very pleasant. He gave me a reasonable quote and he was able to schedule me at that morning. Came in, met Junior and told me how long it would take and within a half hour later he was done. I asked about other services that needed to be done to my car and he quoted me reasonable prices. I'm definitely coming back to get other services done to my car.

Oscar is the best, most honest mechanic I've met in a long time. I was just passing through town and had a check engine light come on. I found him through Google maps and decided to take a chance. He reset the light and told me about the condition but cleaned up the battery and sent me on my way without charging me anything. I'll definitely do some business with him in the future.

These folks are just wonderful. I needed my car looked at because it was suddenly struggling to start. Tiffany tried to get me in same day, which I really appreciated; their schedule ended up being full but I was able to get in the very next day. Within maybe ten minutes of checking in, I had a low battery diagnosis AND multiple options for replacement, which even included going to an auto parts store to save a bit of money and keep the warranty in my name. And they didn't even charge me for the diagnostics! I will DEFINITELY be coming back for future car repair needs, and I recommend this shop to anyone who needs car care. Thank you Tiffany and Don!

I brought my car to ADS after they were recommended by a different auto repair shop. They performed the requested service that the other shop recommended, which unfortunately did not clear the issue, but they were very helpful in guiding me into a decision pertaining to as to whether I should keep or discard the car. I would recommend them.

Fast, friendly & wonderful service. As my bad luck runs, I had the harrowing experience of hitting a large roll of roofing paper that fell off a truck in front me in a major intersection. Being boxed in by cars all around me & attempting to merge for a turn lane, I had no time to react before the car proceeding me swerved around it & I hit straight over the top of it in a small Hyundai... I thought for sure my entire under-carriage was destroyed, steering links, wheel, radiator, etc ...by some miracle, it only broke the plastic covers, scratched up the front bumper a bit & knocked my alignment off (significantly to the right). As always, this occurred just days before I was to drive out of state, so had to be fixed ASAP. Calling around to the dealerships, no one would even make time to look at it, let alone assess for repairs for a week. I googled 5-star rated repair shops, with Z&M coming up. I called & they said to bring the car in just 2 hours later, and they would do an alignment & check the underside for unseen additional damages. When I pulled in, the shop was waiting & pulled my car straight in. *(A little hard to find the entrance in a cramped neighbored / alley beside a battery shop, but it was legit & they were ready to go when I arrived). An alignment was completed (as it was way off - which they showed me on the computer & print out confirming what I suspected) & we checked the underside to ensure the car would be safe to drive at highway speeds out of state. Not only did they provide this at no additional cost, but also replaced the broken plastic trim clips along the bottom that had been lost in the impact, securing the plastic trim under the car - correctly. *I was also advised of another minor alignment issue to resolve later on when the tires are replaced, that was a result of an rear wheel / curb impact I suspected occurred before I purchased the used car just a month prior. Due to the impact, the entire front plastic bumper assembly was also knocked loose, to which the gentleman at Z&M walked me next door to a small body repair business - translating to Spanish & English for me , securing an appointment the next morning to have it checked & secured as well. All said & done, a more than fair price, done right, done immediately, ensuring my safety & piece of mind for my road trip. It was completed without issue & I owe it to Z&M!!! Absolutely earned their 5-star rating & I highly recommend them!

FANTASTIC! I called Vincent and spoke with him about my Buick Encore A/C not blowing cold, he gave me a ballpark estimate. I went to another repair shop for an estimate, and made a call to Seigner Buick, left a voicemail, my call was never returned. I was so hot I had to do something. I fill out the request for a quote from Executive Auto and received a written estimate right away. Paid the percent down to secure my next day appointment. Vincent was on time, he got me cool again in under an hour in the comfort of my own home. I ask you why would anyone go through the rig-a-ma-roll elsewhere. Cheaper…Better…and ease of doing business with. My new go to guy! Thank you.

I was recommended this body shop from R and R another trustworthy auto shop. I was in a accident on Main Street (one way street) heading north in the left hand lane and the other driver was from San Diego did not know it was a one way street and hit my vehicle trying to turn left from the right hand lane. This auto shop is very honest does a great job. I am very pleased and very thankful they did a excellent job. Fast and the staff was so nice friendly. Thank you again !

I used this machine shop to have work done to my dodge neon srt4 engine and these guys did amazing, they had a fast turn around and quality was great! Nick is a good dude to work with!

I went to see Dustin this morning because my A/C was not working. It was such a great experience. He was helpful, quick and informative. He took his time to check all possible causes and was able to fix my A/C. He also noticed my oil was leaking and checked the issue. Thankfully the oil drip was just a minor issue caused by a bad oil change at one of the major oil change companies. Dustin was able to take care of that as well. I will be taking my car to Dustin for all future oil changes and repairs to ensure it is done right. As a women it is nice to go to a mechanic that does not take advantage of you because you have no car knowledge. Thank you Dustin!
