There is no better place for race engine parts, machine shop work and dyno service. If you race a motor they specialize in these are the people you should know.

Chad was very professional and completed the service call in a timely manner. This location is also very convenient. Absolutely love the video of the service, total value add. The texts allow me to approve work determined to be necessary and keep me informed of work completed.

They got me to pre pay by telling me my part would be ready for pick up today. On my way to pick it up I call to verify, and they tell me it wont be ready until tomorrow. Thought I would try them again after they sent me a motor that had been submerged in salt water, and this time I learned to NEVER go back.

Parts are always days late or dont show up at all at the will-call location. I recently ordered parts and after driving three hours round trip to pick them up, they tell me they are missing one of the parts so they can't give me ANY of the ordered parts. These parts were supposed to be there 3 days prior to me showing up. I cancelled the order a week ago and still no refund. I have been in this industry long enough to know that this is just how LKQ operates. Unorganized and terrible service, buyers beware!

Q helped me when I came back in to finalize a deal. He was very pleasant to work with. Honest and upfront but he was willing to work with me to settle on a deal that worked for us both. I’m very happy with my car and it was overall a great experience for someone getting their first car. / would recommend Klein Honda in Everett.

Had an exceptional experience as always with BMW. Our service coordinator, Josh, was highly responsive, anticipated our needs and promptly addressed them (e.g. arranging for a shuttle from our rental to the shop). We've owned other manufacturer's vehicles and they're fine until you end up back at the store. BMW's service has always exceeded all others. Appreciate the help!
