Best customer experience I have had in a long time. They gave me a great quote, ordered my hitch & we scheduled a time for me to come in. Due to work, I ended up getting there at 3: on a Friday (3 hours later than scheduled). The guys had a great attitude about it, removed my old hitch (which required removing the bumper) & put my new hitch on by 5:. Can't say enough good things. Thanks again!

These guys know their stuff, and are all incredibly professional and friendly. Without going into dramatic specifics I've taken multiple cars here for different things. I've been helped by pretty much every guy there and have been satisfied with all the work done by them. Their shirts for sale are badass too.

I could not be happier with EJC! I needed a timing cover for my jeep and after trying & returning 3 from other places I gave them a try. Their online listing actually had high quality photos of the timing cover I was buying instead of just a generic pictures. It was cheaper than any other listing and when I picked it up from their shop in Denver the overall quality was better than I was hoping for. Everyone at their shop was great too! If you need a part go with EJC auto parts.

Always had great customer service in service department. They’ve been able to accommodate me with a fast repair both times I needed it (brakes and emissions system), they provided very nice courtesy vehicle both times, had great communication about status of car and repair job, were extremely nice and helpful when I called and when there for appointment. Alicia in service is absolutely AMAZING and was super accommodating. Scheduling appointment and getting on the calendar were both fast and easy and I didn’t have to wait days to get an appointment. The parts guy was also very friendly and helped me out with different, affordable and quality parts and price options. Never had bad service, bad repairs or any bad experience with the service department here!
