We’re relatively new to Victory, but already love the friendly service and high quality work they offer. Our vehicles have been quickly put back into top notch shape. We’re not working with a huge budget- and they have been very understanding and honest about what services our vehicles MUST have immediately vs what our vehicles should have eventually. We’ll definitely be going back.

Very friendly helpful staff. Did very good work. Had to bring back only because the tint wasn't across the top like I requested during my insurance claim. They realized the error and fixed it with a whole other new windshield no hassle right away even around Christmas time. Very pleased with city auto glass! 5 🌟 service!

Abra Auto's Chanhassen team was fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had a crack in our windshield and needed it entirely replaced. And given the holiday timing, we were very impressed with how quickly we could be seen! Edward Garcia was great to work with at the frontend of the process (e.g., initial call, estimate, and scheduling), and Holden Olson was an awesome glass tech who came out to the house to work on our car. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional, and thorough. I also appreciated how both of them took the time to answer my questions and treated me with respect as a customer — I'm so used to having the "little lady" treatment where I'm talked down to for car-related needs, so it was such a breath of fresh air not experiencing such behavior. I highly recommend Abra for any auto body needs!

I came in for a simple Windshield replacement but got one of the most genuine hospitality experiences ever. Ron give me his company truck to return home when the repair ended up taking longer than initially expected. But the most amazing thing was when I picked my vehicle up, Ron noticed my opaque headlights and told me to give him a few minute so he could buff the haze off my headlights. My van is years old and the headlights were really bad and Ron took it upon himself to fix the issue - no charge - just to fix it. It’s hard to find businesses that value customer service and show their values through deeds - not words. Amazing. Thank you. I would also like to thank Lisa who followed through with information that I needed to make a decision on whether to do this repair or not. Businesses like this are rare. Come here - you can’t go wrong.

Great service and great products! We had them apply the UV protection tint on all windows (including the windshield, but obviously clear on the windshield) and I was amazed by how much of a difference it made! My kids also love it, as they no longer get blasted by the sun in the back! I will go there again for my next car, as well as highly recommend!

They are close to our house and have helped with a few collisions we've had. They use genuine Kia parts and made our car look brand new. They helped with a lot of dealing with the company's insurance and taking some of the stress off us. They are all really nice and just amazing to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing body work done on a vehicle.

Harwood Body Shop in Delano is the BEST! My car door got dinged and bit of the paint chipped. They take a look, gave a quote, and set the repair date in a very short period of time. Everyone at the shops are very polite and professional. Communication was awesome. The work itself... SUPERB. My car looks new again :-) Oh, and they cleaned the inside as well. What a nice service!

Got to us days quicker than the company on TV. Significantly less costly as well. Did very nice work. Very satisfied.
