Called Friday evening after hours. They still answered my call, and they offered to fix first thing Tuesday. They got the part a day early and called to say they could be to my house within an hour. Mark arrived promptly, was professional, kind, and extremely personable - great customer service! He answered all of my questions and cleaned up all of the glass in and around my vehicle. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! I would recommend them, and I would call them again for future business. Thank you Mark and company!

We had glass shelves made for our kitchen cabinets and also glass inserts installed in our cabinet doors. What a transformation! We now display cut crystal bowls and wine glasses. Looks beautiful, and at a very reasonable price!!

Absolutely the best Glass Company I have ever worked with. Not only did I get same day service, but the installer was professional and courteous. In addition to the broken glass in the passenger door, the regulator for the window was also broken, the installer made arrangements for Rapid Glass to fix that and the price was about half of what the dealer wanted.

Very friendly helpful staff. Did very good work. Had to bring back only because the tint wasn't across the top like I requested during my insurance claim. They realized the error and fixed it with a whole other new windshield no hassle right away even around Christmas time. Very pleased with city auto glass! 5 🌟 service!

I came in for a simple Windshield replacement but got one of the most genuine hospitality experiences ever. Ron give me his company truck to return home when the repair ended up taking longer than initially expected. But the most amazing thing was when I picked my vehicle up, Ron noticed my opaque headlights and told me to give him a few minute so he could buff the haze off my headlights. My van is years old and the headlights were really bad and Ron took it upon himself to fix the issue - no charge - just to fix it. It’s hard to find businesses that value customer service and show their values through deeds - not words. Amazing. Thank you. I would also like to thank Lisa who followed through with information that I needed to make a decision on whether to do this repair or not. Businesses like this are rare. Come here - you can’t go wrong.

Great experience all around with TintWorks in Minnetonka. Scheduling my appointment online was quick and easy, they got going on my truck right on time, were done early, and everything looked fantastic! Highly recommend.

This place rocks! I’m from out of town and I hit a deer with my car. The people who work here are super friendly and will go above and beyond to help you out. They had my car all fixed up and ready to go in a few days. They even gave me a ride to and from my hotel. I highly recommend this place for anyone around here who gets into an accident of some sort with their car.

Harwood Body Shop in Delano is the BEST! My car door got dinged and bit of the paint chipped. They take a look, gave a quote, and set the repair date in a very short period of time. Everyone at the shops are very polite and professional. Communication was awesome. The work itself... SUPERB. My car looks new again :-) Oh, and they cleaned the inside as well. What a nice service!
