Different Gravy... Dr.Maddie and the staff at Audiology Associates are different gravy, simply put. They offered to take us in (same day) after we canceled an appointment from a horribly rated ENT place just miles away from them. The receptionist lady was kind and considerate. She did not hurry us, and double-checked to see that we had all appropriate paperwork taken care of. Dr. Maddie took ear impressions for my girlfriend and I (she is getting custom-fit earplugs for sleeping and custom-fit in-ear monitors for myself). Her price was very reasonable and she has experience doing them. The office is clean and orderly, and we were in & out within about minutes. That was paperwork, impressions, her listening to our questions, and payment. WOW. I have never been more impressed by a doctor's visit than this. We will be coming back for their services in the future.

I have been extremely pleased with this audiologist Dr. Lisa Fell. I was diagnosed about 5 years ago that indeed I had hearing loss in one ear. She held my hand through the whole process of hearing aids. Even the emotional side of “getting old” and needing hearing aids at ! Her support over the years has been invaluable to me. I highly recommend.

I have no experience in doing any type of music on any level....I have a dream to win souls on any level that God will use me...Unitedsoundz that dream come to life...Excellent teacher and profound in the craft of engineering any sound....Thanks for the hard work !!!!!

My first visit today was fantastic. After you check in there is no long wait, they are very true to schedule. My doctor was very sociable and knew what he was doing which put me at ease. I was in and out under minutes which is fine by me. My only concern is I feel the problem was helped but not completely resolved. Heath care is too expensive to continue returning for a small problem that could have been fixed the first time. I am not certain I will return due to price and my ear ache still remains.

After years of living with what I felt was minor hearing loss, Dr. Farrell tested my hearing and I realized it was far worse than I knew. Good news is that she fitted me with devices tailored specifically for me and I now hear things that have NEVER heard in my life. She's awesome and is continuing to help me fine tune these aids and THAT is improving my life as well as my family's life 😁👍

Went to Dr. Fell for a baseline hearing exam and found out my hearing is worse than I thought. She has a wonderful bedside manner and did not rush at all. She demonstrated what some of the latest hearing technology could do for me in a very low pressure way. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend strongly!

Glenn is ALWAYS most helpful ,with cleaning and repairs or adjustments. AND, he maintains a TIGHT work schedule to reduce patient waiting time. He and his daughter are an asset to Sound Works.

I visited Fonner Hearing Aid Center to have custom ear plugs made. Robert was very professional and explained each step he was doing. He made the mold and they sent them off to be made. I received them back very quickly. I have used the ear plugs at a concert and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to hear the music perfectly but at a volume that was enjoyable instead of pounding music. The screaming and shouting of other guests was extremely muffled. When the concert was over I did not have any ringing or discomfort in my ears which I usually have when I attend concerts. I’m very happy to be protecting my hearing. I will definitely use these ear plugs again. I am very happy with them and with Fonner hearing aid center.

Cynthia Collier has far exceeded all my expectations in the three years I have been her patient. The Phonak hearing aids she fitted me with significantly improved my quality of life. After 2 years and about 7 different doctors trying to fix an ear issue I had nothing was working. After a 5 minute meeting with Dr. Lee he knew exactly how to fix it. 3 days later my ears are % fixed. Would highly recommend. Not to mention they saw me within 8 days.

First time here today. I arrived early for my appointment and they got me in as soon as I was done with my paperwork. I needed lab tests done and I was still out in less than minutes. This doctor visit was better than any I had at my primary care physician’s office in years of going there. I will be returning.
