The Lume team beautifully transformed our home by installing outdoor lighting, patio radiant heaters and an 8.1 outdoor speaker system! They turned our backyard into a resort-like oasis. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result! Highly recommend!!!

JSAV's equipment, setup process, staff, etc. were all great. Where they really stood out was customer service. We had a highly unusual situation occur just before our event that was completely out of our control, and JSAV was in constant contact checking in and seeing how they could help out. We were not sure if we would need to postpone the event and they were very flexible and patient while we figured out how to proceed. Most impressively, they told us that if we had to reschedule to a day when they were unavailable due to these extenuating circumstances, they would not only offer us a full refund but they would also contact vendors on our behalf to make sure we found someone reputable to take their place. I was so impressed with JSAV and will definitely be contacting them in the future.

Full Color Productions puts on a great show every time for my post alt punk band! They are very professional and truly make you feel like a rock star. I love the variety of lights they provide, including fog machines and video wall.

I worked with Joylyn a few times last month and after corresponding a few time our company we ended up not needing to rent our AV equipment from GSE. However, today we had a little issue and ended up needing some additional supplies last minute and Joylyn was AMAZING and helped us get set up with a rental with less than hrs notice! I was working on coordinating from another state and trying to set things up from a distance with several moving parts made me the less-than-ideal customer, but Joylyn stuck with me and made sure it was all handled quickly and efficiently.
