Our house (built in the s) came with an installed grill. Two weeks ago the gas valve broke off - eep! - and we had to replace the grill. We called two grill places. One never called us back and Original Grills answered right away, troubleshot the problem on the phone, and scheduled an appointment with us. They showed up promptly, dealt with our complicated old grill, and talked us through our options. They installed our new grill when they said they would and it works perfectly! Two weeks after our grill broke we have the new one installed and working. It was so nice to work with a contractor who was pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful. One of my best contractor experiences as a homeowner.

I had a very urgent need to replace a fridge that unexpectedly broke. In an environment where finding high end refrigerators "in stock" is a nightmare, they were SUPER helpful. They worked with me on my requirements, their stock and even worked VERY hard to find a time to make this install happen ASAP. The install itself was great. I've had a few big-box deliveries lately and they prioritize speed. The Appliance World people communicated well, took their time and even helped relocate my old fridge to the garage to be repaired. The installer and I spoke a lot and he was very informative and lovely to talk with. I even got some great restaurant recommendations. They will be doing ALL my appliance needs from now on. 5 stars for sure!

Courtney and her team in the sales showroom always make time to to put together smart orders with logical recommendations. The parts and fixtures arrive before the promised date of delivery and everything I have purchased has been backed up with great service and warranty support. Wilkinson is the Way to Go! It is not easy going into a store and finding people that are pleasant and helpful. When I entered the store I was greeted by a sales rep. She had a smile on her face. I asked for the sales rep I needed to see. She stated that she was new but would look for her for me. When she located the sales rep I needed we got to work. My sales rep's name was Ann. She was very helpful. She showed me the item I requested and another one. Told me the difference. between the two and which one was rated the best. I made my choice. The final process was fast and easy. Everything was explained good. The price, monthly payments, ways to pay, where to call for service problems, delivering date and time.. It was a good experience. I will recommend friends to go to. CONN. Thank you.

The wall oven service provided was a breath of fresh air reminiscent of the "good old days" of good service in the current world where the norm is less than stellar service and all kind of excuses. This was our second time using the company, One Source, for appliance repairs. The first experience, a few years ago, was repairing a standup freezer and excellent service was provided then. Our technician, Brian, provided both service calls..A bonus for us is having the same technican. The company overall is very courteous. Even the person answering the phone and setting up appointments, Kimberly, was outstanding. I would highly recommend using this company.

Commercial dryer was shut down because of loud noise. A tech was out 2 days later and diagnosed it needed new basket rollers. Rollers were replaced and continued to make noise. Rollers did need replacing. On the same day the rollers were replaced the tech (Alfred) went back to the shop and located the needed part without having to order a new one. Saved us yet another week of downtime! Thanks Alfred!

I can admit that was not a bad experience. Sean and his team have been great to work with. The item I need was at another location and they got it for me. Honestly, this is a good Rent A Center to get your furniture. I would get something else if needed in the future only from this store!

I enjoyed the time in the store they made me feel like family. I brought a bed frame and will be back for something else soon. Thanks again for your time and patients…

Purchase a new washer and it was a top buying experience of my life. Staff has exceptional product knowledge and learned more in minutes then 4+ hours of self research. The sales lady made the whole buying process smooth. The installation was also done by them who were extremely professional and made sure the new washer was functioning properly. Also hauled away old machine . Stop wasting your time with other companies / doing self research and go see Capital Appliances for your next appliance need.

When my year old GE washing machine started acting weird (would sometimes shut off mid-cycle), I decided I had got my money's worth on my current laundry equipment and decided to buy a new set. I went to Garner Appliance in North Raleigh and spoke with Max. He is a great guy - He steered me in the right direction based on my budget and his own personal recommendation. I later found out that he has been selling appliances for + years, and no one would know better than Max. So I took his suggestion and purchased a Maytag Top Load set. Hours later it was delivered and set up at my house. Everything was seamless and went as expected. My girlfriend is just totally in love with the new washer & dryer. She said its so simple to operate and it actually cleans her work clothes, vs the previous laundry set that she said was "Ho-Hum at Best." So standing ovation to Max and Garner Appliance for steering me in the right direction. Thank You!
