Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. First time I used them I needed an igniter for my gas furnace. The first place I had gone to had given me the wrong one - these guys had the correct one, now my furnace works perfectly. This time it was a tensioner for for the belt on a Whirlpool dryer. Thought they were going to have to order it but they double checked the supply room and found the correct part. Problem solved. Thank you! Will definitely use in the future! Louis Wyman

Robert was one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met. He was informative, gave me tons of options, pleasant to talk to and amazing at his job. He looked up all the different options regarding appliances that would best fit our needs and when I went into the store, he even did more research when I asked questions on other kinds.
