I get why they have 4.7 stars. Their customer service is awesome! I called to see if I could get a technician out for my fridge unfortunately they were unable to work on my product due to being an LG. He was straightforward and gave me great advice on where to go from here. When it comes time to purchase something new I will definitely be using them. Highly recommend Cob Appliance!

The whole experience with JNJ Dryer Vent Cleaning was great for having my dryer vent cleaned. I received a response to my email inquiry the same day I sent it and was set up for an appointment quickly. David was professional and courteous and on time. He was a bit surprised when he saw that my dryer vented up through the ceiling to go out the back of the house ’ but it didn’t deter him from figuring out how to do the job. He was finished in less than minutes. I will definitely use their services again.

Such a kind service guy! Willing to answer all questions, thorough, explained everything. Our dryer stopped drying. The first service call explained that the elements are working fine, but likely a clog in the ventilation system (that was covered by our warranty). We scheduled another service call to see about the dryer vent cleaning. We felt relieved after having it assessed and then cleaned (a full gallon of lint!), and will have it serviced annually. He said every 2 years is fine, but we have 2 shedding dogs and would prefer to be safe and not sorry. Thank you Juan, and thank you Delaware Dryer Vents!

Everyone we worked with at Your Equipment Guys went out of their way to be helpful and we’re just naturally kind and patient and helpful. Their email follow ups were prompt and made the answers to our questions and extra pictures we needed quick and easy to access. They worked out amazing solutions for us and our used equipment needs. They took extra time to help us even when it required overtime or personal attention and it was quite amazing to be so well taken care of in these days of poor service. They are exceptional.

I have been meaning to come back and leave a review for months now and am just getting around to it. In January I bought a stackable washer/dryer set from this store and I am still so pleased. Service in the store was awesome, delivery AND installation of my new (used) appliances was super convenient, and four months later my appliances are still working like brand new. Good, honest businesses are so hard to come by these days. Please don’t ever close!

Richie at Re-Appliance is great to work with! He saved us so much time and money helping us get a new washer, dryer, and stove.
