Freddie and his employees did an exceptional job installing an AC Heat Pump, tankless water heater (electric not gas) and my vent above the microwave. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. The warranty they provide on work and equipment is very good. They are fast and very efficient. I highly recommend Price Air for your hvac needs. I have their number saved for future projects.

Quick diagnostic and repair during a high season time. Repairman was courteous. Pricing was reasonable, disclosed upfront, and he stuck to it. Once he arrived got right to business and diagnosed the issue to an unusual cause. Because it was an uncommon part that failed, he didn't have it with him, but he drove to a shop and was back with the part very quickly. I would highly recommend. Exceeded expectations.

During one of the hottest times of the year our A/C system died but it was Polar Bear to the rescue! These good people were responsive, efficient, skilled professionals. It’s not only for comfort that we like it cool. Dealing with illness requires it. And Polar Bear never disappointed us. I am so glad that we found them. I think you will be too.

I made and appointment on 4// from pm, I made the appointment a week ahead. Technician never showed up. I called at am and they told me the technician was stuck on another job. I understand things happen, so I waited until - :pm and no calls From the office. So I called at 1pm and the office told me that the technician was at lunch and the the original technical had to go home. I don’t know what kind of business they have, but you always have to keep the customer inform. I will never do business with company anymore

We came a ross this company when our HOA couldn't help us with our AC that has only been in existence for 8 years when it had stopped cooling. I am so glad we found this company; a mom and Pop operation but you can't tell by the service they provide! The gentlemen were on time and the service was phenomenal. They completed the job in about a couple of hours and now the AC is working perfectly! They will certainly be my go to company for my AC and heating needs.

Absolutely loved my service. A couple days ago, I noticed I had a decent leak coming from my water heater. I called multiple companies in the Hanford area and every single one said it would take about a week or two just to get someone over for a quote, except Balanced Comfort. I called on Monday, Tuesday Juan showed up to do the quote, and Wednesday they (Juan&Richard) completed the job within 3 hours and left the work area looking clean.
