Had to wait two hours for a simple blood draw. This is a good way to lose business.

I had a visit today and had an excellent experience. The provider I saw, Jackie, had a new idea for how to manage my birth control with less pain and stress. She also informed me about updated guidelines that make me eligible for a vaccine I previously thought I was too old to get. I wish I could get primary care services in the same type of humanizing, comforting environment where I am not brushed off when discussing my own health. GYN services are very personal and can be vulnerable, scary and painful—a certain special approach is needed to make patients comfortable, and you’ll find that at Federal Way Planned Parenthood.

This is is most comfortable clinic I have ever been too. The staff was so nice and non-judgmental environment. It was my first time ever there and I can honestly say I am so happy I had my services done with them. Very clean and attentive staff. If I could give a higher rating I would. Thank you All Woman's Health for an amazing, safe, non-judgmental and knowledgeable experience. So glad I had my first experience with the services with your company.

I love planned parenthood in general but this one was particularly nice! Everyone who helped me was lovely and I felt extremely comfortable talking to both the physician (Mary Kate) and assistant(Rose I believe). Thanks y’all!

I dreaded my appointment here. Was very emotional. A friend recommended me to this place. They treated me so kindly. Each person took an extra moment to comfort me in my process. I told the girl on my way out I only wish I had been able to thank everyone. Would recommend anyone to this place with a difficult decision to make. They will make you feel better about everything.

I went here last year in December. Plan to yeetus the feetus and with being one of the first appointments I would say the wait would be only downfall for me. But patience gets you a long way because I believe the nurse’s name was Sarah. Sarah was jus straight to the point yet caring at the same time. Made my experience fast n easy as I took the dissolvable pills. Did that n i can continue to beat teen pregnancy. It’s still to this day I remember Sarah tho, I appreciate having her apart of the staff to make my first visit so smooth. Sarah if ur reading this you’re doing amazing. I appreciate you 🫶🏽

The staff were kind and comforting. I truly appreciate them. I don't want to say their names on here because I know PP gets a bad rap and I don't want people targeted but the nurse who held my hand and comforted me...you are so truly appreciated. All of your care was a relief in a time when I felt like the world was ending. Thank you all sincerely from the bottom of my heart.

Moved from out of state and decided to call you see if I could get a checkup. They were able to help me figure out insurance/apple care and gave me direct number to call for help. When I arrived for my appointment they were so helpful and I felt very in control of my appointment. Great staff I felt safe with and relaxing environment. Thanks for the service!

I just don't understand the low ratings. This place is amazing!! Every single person! Respectful and encouraging! They really care about your well being and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! I was seen within minutes of my appointment. I strongly recommend it to anyone what it looking for a warm and trusting environment to receive your transgender care! I so appreciate this service being available! My life is so much better now that I can make steps to a more authentic me! A++ to Sharon!!

Cedar River's Clinic is hands down one of the best medical experiences I've ever had as a woman. The staff was beyond compassionate, and genuinely caring. They treated me with respect, and kindness in my time of need. I am so grateful for the medical care and information that was provided to me. The doctors were gentle and really sensitive to me in my time of need when I felt so scared and anxious. We are living in times where our reproductive health choices are at an all time risk, and it is times like this where I'm beyond grateful to have such caring, and honest medical health care professionals doing this work. Went in for a last minute appointment and was treated very well by everyone, I think I interacted with 5 staff members in total. I wish I was better at remembering names, but the doctor and the person who took my blood were amazing. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. If I lived closer I'd go to this location more often. The wait time was average. They asked if I wanted to be weighed, instead of just doing it. Lots of asking for my consent throughout, actually. Perfect experience for a not so fun situation.

the people who work here are honestly some of the most sincere, kind and just absolutely caring people iv ever met in my entire life. they take so many extra steps to make sure your comfortable And educated about what's going on when your actual doctor holds your hand and your nurse is literally drying your tears away with a tissue u literally couldn't ask for better people to be in the hands of ♥️♥️♥️

Honestly was hesitant about coming here because of the bad reviews, but I had nothing bad about my visit. Made my appointment online. Once I made it to my appointment, checked in and there was only one other person in the lobby waiting. Front desk was very polite and respectful. Also made a recommendation to fill out a form to help me out financially, which was a huge help! Medical assistant was such a sweet person and very professional who gave me undivided attention. The nurse practitioner was straight forward, professional, and informative to the questions I had. I left the clinic % satisfied with my service and needs. Highly recommend coming here and making an appointment in advance for a smoother visit. Wish I had got all of their names to give them a shout out for their amazing service, but thank you ladies who worked / Thursday afternoon! Kudos to your team!

Easily the most patient, informative and kind staff. They are so good at what they do. I was so anxious and they had me laughing. They work so hard and do their best for each patient and have walk ins. Even though I always have an apt. I have had waits of up to an hour, who cares? SO HAPPY that I get treated here and not somewhere else. Please be easy going with the staff, burn out is real and they are not emotional sponges. They are magnificent. Appointments are pointless but go ahead and make one because you’ll be waiting even longer if you don’t. Long story short, I took time off work to come in to get a year refill on my birth control; I was there for over TWO HOURS. I was in a room for over an hour waiting for the Doctor to come in to ask me three simple questions.... PP get your priorities straights, there is absolutely no reason that a refill should be taking up so much time and space. I was there after 4pm and they close at 3:. My appointment was 2:. I arrived mins. If I knew it would take so long I never would of went. Regardless, the staff is friendly (but take their sweet time) and the clinic itself was clean and feels safe.
