Here are some reviews from our users.
"Alexis, Faith and Darla are amazing!!! We have been here a couple times. The food is wonderful, the area is great. It is a French inspired restaurant which is cool in Little Italy. The staff is great. The food and drinks are spot on. Enjoyed the patio area."
"Ok I really tried to like this place as it does have a cute vibe. However, I came on two occasions (once for dinner another for brunch) and basically received the same type of experience. Food: Ordered a brioche French toast, potatoes au gratin and a latte and all were delicious. My friend however ordered a steak frites and a banana nut bread that took minutes to come out and it wasnt even fresh- I believe we were forgotten about. It was advertised on the online menu as freshly baked, warm with bananas decadently draping over the bread. So yeah, we waited minutes for someone basically to cut a piece of bread that was dry. Service: This is where unfortunately I have to say that on both visits, the service was non-existent. We had to flag down the wait staff quite a few times and on both occasions, it wasn't busy. I actually had a reservation the 1st visit and had to walk in to find someone to be seated. I will say that the manager was working for the dinner visit and was pleasant and tried to "right" what went wrong that night. And I simply just stated that I'd come back for brunch. And for brunch I did, and unfortunately nothing changed. Overall, if you have the time to wait to receive your food, drinks etc, then I'd recommend coming here as the food is quite good (minus the banana nut bread)- but honestly this location needs to improve on the customer experience as service is not desirable."
"Sadly a very underwhelming experience. It started off with a strongly under poured beer. I’ve added a picture on how it came. I joked with the waitress saying where is the rest of my beer and who took a sip. She just smiled and walked away. For my entree I ordered the Croque Monsuier. It just wasn’t very good. Definitely the worst I have ever had. Light on the bechamel and the bread was terrible. One side had the soft texture with the cheese you would expect while the bottom was a hard dry piece of toast. My wife tried the grilled Salmon. She set it was a little over cooked but not bad but didn’t really have anything remarkable to say one way or another. I really wanted to like this place and I have seen some great reviews. Maybe it was just a one off bad experience but there are too many great places in Little Italy to eat to try here a second time."
"More on the pricy end, but really good quality food, highly recommend. It's nice and cozy feeling. We had Hugo's for drinks and ordered Ratatouille and the smoked salmon so so good. Ratatouille was my favorite 😋"
"Zinque was the only place we could get into on short notice, but after walking by it many times I was excited to try it. Ordered curry soup, mussels and burger- all three were inedible, so we ate the french fries and left hungry. The soup tasted like lime juice, mussels came out lukewarm, and burger was overcooked and flavorless. It looks like another review says a new manager arrived to help fix this but I don’t think we’d give it a second chance. The waitress was nice but with only a few other tables that night hardly checked on us."
