We enjoyed an anniversary ride in the evening, in a Cinderella carriage. Our carriage driver was very knowledgeable of the area and history, polite. Very relaxing ride around monument circle. Highly recommend.

Very poor customer service, they did not honor my gift Card which was not supposed to expire due to change of hands last year. I wasted my money and bad business practices as I never heard back from them. To be clear I called the company back and nobody called me back. However, they have time to write a post for public review you would think they least they could do is honor a gift card that was purchased by their company to keep a good reputation however, there only concern is try to make people look bad on Google again very poor service

Had a great tour and a wonderful time. Our driver, James I believe, was very friendly and professional. Early anniversary, the price wasn't expensive and very much worth every bit.

The driver was very nice and very friendly. We took the 50 min holiday ride. HUGE waste of money! 140 plus we had to tip. Barely any lights. The kids were so bored . We saw bars, apartments, some shops and a FEW old homes. The old homes was the only good part. We could barely see anything good. This is not a holiday ride. I expected lights or somthing festive since they called it a holiday ride and charge 10 more this time of year. What a joke!! I recommend the 25 min ride. Especially if you have kids. The places that one goes by is way more lit up and better things to see. Again dont WASTE your money on the 50 min ride. Super disappointed especially since we were so excited to go. We felt like we were just on typical side streets. Not cool at all!!
