Simply terrific. Great sushi, poke, and Ramen. Incredible flavor, very nice people. I always look for a small, family owned place, and Xuan fits that perfectly. We'll go back every time we're on the west side.

A nice array of choices. Good flavors. Too much sauce in the bowls. Could probably do only half as much and still be plenty

Food was delicious! Tiny place, a little hard to get to but worth it. Tonkutsu ramen was amazing, more than enough for one person.

The food had a lot of flavors to it, which I enjoyed, and the meat was cooked very tender. However, the serving size was too small for the price you pay, and quality of the food was nothing special. The real winners are the staff who make it taste good! As a side note, if you order online or through a third-party app make sure you know what you are ordering as to not be surprised with what you get. The menu can be a bit misleading regarding how the food is cooked and put together. I expected the beef bulgogi to have some spice and a crunchiness, but neither were present. Decent eatery, I might return.

Looked good until I noticed the salmon still had the skin attached. The fish was not fresh, and the seaweed salad tasted off as well. Definitely will not be returning.
